there’s actual human poop on the bathroom wall. I had to kill a roach with the hotel phone as soon as I got there. the lamps don’t work, and the plugs are damaged. did I mention the poop on the wall??

from staff to only 1 towel door wouldn’t look to good but the other one they out is in didn’t lock. the fire alarm was hanging the water was cold or too hot.

When I arrived, the lobby was smelly, unclean and the clerk gave me a room in the VERY back of the hotel that was in an area very scary for a lone woman. There were men all around outside, some were commenting on me in Spanish while they drank. I didn't even open the door to my room and went back to the clerk and insisted he give me another room. He did, and when I parked in front of the door there were more men" hanging " around outside, staring at me as I entered my room. The room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one point. The linens didn't smell good. The door had dirt and chipped paint. The bathroom had graffiti on the door. The bed lampshade had burn marks. On top of this, the noise from the road was so bad I DIDNT sleep. I got out in the daylight and told the clerk I wanted to cancel. He argued and tried to tell me he'd give e a "king bed rom" free and I told him I am CANCELLING and I do not want to be charged for the upcoming night which I was booked for. I showed him the issues in the room to which he argued and told me I was wrong. He REFUSED to remove the next nights reservation and insisted he was going to charge me. I HAVE PICTURES. He told me I had to contact BOOKINGS to complain. THIS HOTEL was the worst I have ever stayed at. The blanket under the bedspread had stains of something gross. I expect to hear from someone at Bookings.com soon!!!!!!!

Their were creepy guys around the motel. Once I got in the room I didn’t want to get out until we left the next morning. The bed made a popping sound every time my husband or I moved.

it was close to where we were planning to spend Friday. I think they are trying to upgrade but they need to get that done before they charge what they do.

I loved that room service came everyday. The staff was excellent and there in timly fashion any time needed. Very comfortable very quite.

No washcloths, bath mat, coffee maker, towels were very thin, one had large holes one had holes. Too much light coming in around doors doors and curtains. Too much light to sleep. Bathroom floor was not clean.

The facility was under construction. This was not noted when we booked the room. There were exposed wires hanging from the light fixtures, some were broken. the blankets on the bed had burn marks on them (Smoking room). the door to our room did not lock properly, we had to put a chair under the door handle and backed up by a dresser so no one could just walk in at night. There were holes in the walls and ceiling and the flooring was torn up. It was like a clip from a horror movie! Also, the continental breakfast was a complete joke! Above all else the clerk at the front desk was rude.

No breakfast just coffee in the lobby, pool was closed and drained, place was pretty rundown, rooms were clean but rundown, old furniture, old bed that squeaked, linoleum floors, place hab not been updated in years, if you have kids there is nothing for them to do

The doors did not close all the way. There was blood on walls and curtain, holes in the wall, patches of flooring missing, the staff was very rude. There were 2 other guests that left and ended uo at the next hotel we stayed at because it was nasty gross.

this hotel was disgusting. they had roaches, the bathroom was dirty, the pool had no water in it, and the continental breakfast was only cereal. I have pictures if you'd like them. I would like a refund as we were not satisfied and left early. we were only there a few hours.

This is the worst place you can stay and this is a nice area but the hotel comforter had holes, the ceiling had holes, blood on the sheets and dirty furniture. The bathtub was chipped and the baseboards were coming off the wall. The front desk staff had a very nasty attitude as if I was wrong for telling them how nasty their place was.

Left before breakfast. Needed alcohol to put on the bed bug bites. Horrific stay- they would have to pay me to stay another night there and I would still turn it down. Met a roach in the bathroom. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Being the second cheapest motel in town, some of the guests can be a little rough around the edges. A couple next door was having a meltdown on Sunday morning around 8:30. I called the front desk to inform them. I had to hit the road, but I assume management addressed the situation soon.

I grew up in Georgetown in the 80's/90's. This motel was not far from my house, so I know how old it is. Returning back after a couple of decades, my room was a little better than I had expected. Everything worked: fridge, microwave, AC, TV/cable, hot water. The floor was a very nice linoleum wood plank design. The beds were not great, but they were adequate. Everything was cleaned and sanitized upon arrival of my reservation. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant to interact with. The bathtub is old, which is good, because that means it is big and long enough to lie down comfortably in it (I'm 5-11, 220#).

Safety chain on back door was broke.Large gap on front door you could see out.Slip resistant material in tub was peeling off.The door to bathroom was coming apart at seam around the edges,they had put screws in the bottom to hold it together.I killed 2 water bugs in the bathroom floor.Bathroom needed painting .Thought we were getting continual breakfast but was only 2 kinds of cereal,milk,juice and coffee.
