There was nothing we didn't like that couldn't be changed by moving a few things around.

The cottages were cozy and unique. It's in a lovely setting. It was nice walking around and there are quaint little places to eat. The owner/caretaker is a super nice lady, ready yo help with anything you need.

We love staying at the Secret Cottages. They are always clean and we'll equipped. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed and we weren't told, but there are several other options in the area.

Such a charming cute little place! Great location. Cute rooms fully decorated with everything you could want! Steam room shower and tub in room was amazing! Karen was a wonderful host. Welcome baskets of snacks coffee and water was a plus too! Filtered water in room! Just incredible place.

During the winter we were there (Feb 2024), the inn is rebuilding their restaurant and bar. When it is finished they hopefully will offer breakfast as a part of the daily rate at the inn

We loved our stay in the secret cottages. Well appointed, fun vibe, and a super good location. We ate nearby at the Glenn Ellen Star, and wine tasted at Talisman across the street. In the morning we went for breakfast down the street to Le Pascals, a great French cafe. The best collection of pillows and towels. We had a shower and a large jetted tub in our room. And plenty of fun snacks There was a coffeemaker in the room where we got enough to get us out of the house and on towards breakfast. A cute patio that looks over the river, which we could hear softly all night.

Not really a bad thing... We look forward to returning another time and experiencing the restaurant/bar at the front of the property, after renovations are finished.

We really loved the Glen Ellen Inn and Cottages. We loved that Calabasas Creek runs behind the property,and added the soothing sound of moving water. The view from the deck and yard space in our cottage was amazing. The space was lovely and romantic. We loved the jacuzzi tub and steam shower in the room, and a very comfortable bed. Just a small walk to the local grocery store, saloon and breakfast spot. 1 mile to Benzinger Winery where we did tastings, and they give you a 2 for 1 at their sister property Imagery. Close to Sonoma city, but small town quiet and friendliness.

Gee… can’t say there was anything wrong. Sorry they closed their restaurant but they are going to have it replaced by full bar which we’d love to see when it opens.

Loved the cute cottages and area they are in by a river/brook. Wonderful amenities and very comfortable. My husband loved the steam shower. We will come back for these reasons and great quiet location.

This is the second time using the cottages and we love it there. There is so many personal touches to the place and it is very charming. I didn't have access to my email account, and I contacted Karen and she quickly responded and supplied me with information. I really appreciated that. The room is very nice and love the creek behind. The hot tub jacuzzi is a nice touch.

A good reading lamp would be appreciated. The many decorative pillows are cute, but there are too many; there's no place to put them, except on the floor. I wish there were some flexibility in charges. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave a day early and would have greatly appreciated a refund on the third night. As most of the other rooms were unoccupied, it's not like the room would have been booked anyway.

Rooms are quiet, cozy and comfortable. Love the fireplace. Great shower. Ooodles of towels. I like that it is within walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants and a little market.

The cottages are situated in Glen Ellen, near Sonoma, where we spent two nights. Although we encountered a toilet issue, Karen promptly addressed and resolved it. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with a nearby French bakery for breakfast and various restaurants. Despite the busy road, our room remained peaceful and undisturbed.
