"Rooms" are actually designed as Condos so not a typical Hotel Feel. The fireplace didn't work. Furniture was "tired" and felt "used". One bed was not level and it felt like you were going to roll off...LOL. Not enough hangers in closets. I think a lot of this was due to 2 years of "pandemic" issues and things will improve over time.

Downtown location was excellent. Parking was very good. Lobby was inviting. Having a full-sized kitchen was a treat! Linens were clean, fresh and comfortable. Plenty of good restaurants close by.

1st room small. Hot water inadequate. Major issue with noise all night room next to us. Complained numerous times all not with no resolution.

Breakfast not good. 2nd room we had excellent. Special mention for Sharon at front desk. She went out of her way to help us.

The couch was getting kind of old and you could feel the springs. everything else was great.

Placed $150 hold on each room that I booked, this was not disclosed prior to booking the property. I haven’t seen done at a hotel in a very long time. Also, we had a member of our party that got ill prior to the trip and we notified them more than 48 hrs in advance and they would not budge on the cancellation policy. We only wanted to remove one of three of the rooms that we booked. I will not book a room through booking again with this type of policy. Breakfast was a little lacking.

The room was very warm and the ac/heater wouldn't work did let someone know but nothing was done and it was very noisy people were outside yelling all night into the morning like a bunch of animals

Great location, though the parking was a little weird because you have to check in before you can park. We had a 2 bedroom suite & it was huge! Everything was clean and I loved that they had instructions on how to use everything. Bring your own shampoo & conditioner as they only give you tiny packets. The crib we requested was not in the room when we arrived but they quickly brought it up. The breakfast was pretty decent for a continental hotel breakfast, but the coffee was awful. Staff was very pleasant and helpful the whole time and even gave a few extra mins to check out when my youngest didn’t want to get up from nap. The pool was very warm and salt water which was nice.
