I didn’t like that we were charged more than the amount we booked through Booking.com. We were told that they only have a few rooms at the price we booked and that Booking.com continuously over-books their rooms , even though they have asked them to stop. We were charged $17.81 over the price we booked.

We didn’t get the breakfast as it was in a different hotel a few miles in the opposite direction that we were headed. There were snack bags available in the hotel but they didn’t have anything we wanted to eat.

No coffee maker in room. No toiletries in room, but for the price of room no problem. Same for no breakfast.

I liked having microwave and fridge. Coffee was available in lobby so lack of room coffee makers not too inconvenient. Short walk to Walmart as car was in the shop.

We weren't supplied the usual shampoo/conditioner, cups, etc. Walls are paper-thin, heard our neighbor clearly from 3:00am, each night.

Bed was very firm, furniture and the hotel itself could use some remodeling, I know Deming is not a big city but very charming town, but I think the hotel could be better.

Is not a bad place, it did what it was supposed to at a very good price, I am not very demanding on these things myself but with company I know this would've not cut it.

Horrible stay. Booked a King room, got a Queen. Said I couldn't change, they were full.... They were not! *** Charged me more than I booked on Booking.com. *** Told me I only paid for a Queen (not!!). The room was very sparse, no coffee maker, and no shampoo. I booked with breakfast included... But upon arrival I was told I had to drive 1.5 miles to get breakfast at another hotel, AND was told I couldn't fetch and bring breakfast back to our room for my hubby. The TV (confusing 2 remotes!) didn't work. Techy-guy came and got it going only to fail the minute he left. I WANT A FULL CREDIT!!!

The staff at check-in didn't notify me about the lack of breakfast at the hotel. She did not give me a voucher for breakfast. She also did not tell me about the coffee or ice available in the lobby. Her relief informed me about the voucher, coffee, and ice available.

There was not breakfast at the hotel. Guests were required to go to the Quality Inn at another location. There was no coffee maker in the room. The room floor was gritty due to high winds and the substantial gap under the door leading outside.

we didn’t like that there was cockroaches in our room on the bed. people where living there out of rooms. a bunch of tweakers around the building. bugs all over the floor. carpets weren’t clean bathroom was dirty. I never got my deposit back from the stay. we had to close a towel in the door so the bugs would stop coming through the crack.

You pay a good price, if you need a good night sleep between your trips. Keep in mind there’s no breakfast, just coffee. But the price is right, I paid $48 with $100 deposit which will be returned in the morning. Big parking space, friendly staff. The room has a microwave, TV, refrigerator. No coffee pot, but it’s not critical. Overall a quiet affordable clean hotel to stay one night.

There were roaches and other pests in the room. There were no toiletries except for a tiny bar of soap. None of the amenities that were promised in the ad. Not even cups for water. Things were broken like the clothes rack was falling and a.c. wasn't working. Staff said they'd come fix it and never did. When we checked out early, they were not surprised at all at the front desk and had no apologies for our miserable experience. We should not have been charged even for 1 night. We were visiting a failing family member and that was the last thing we needed. The woman at front desk lied to our faces about why there was none of the amenities.

I liked the fact that we got into a room at a much better hotel, same price since we were from out of state! Never book with these people!!!

Great cost and location. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Be prepared to put down a security deposit. I put down $100 cash but got it back the next morning when checking out. I will stay there again when in Deming.
