The adult hot tub was disgusting, it was dirty and just a body of warm water, no jets… when we arrived in our room we found. shoe on the edge of the bed, it wasn’t ours…clean better! there weren’t many places to sit, they had a few lines of chairs as you walked in, which was the baby area, few chairs around but no real place to put your towels without purchasing a locker.

The pool didn't just have a pool to swim in and I felt it closed early, especially as it is summer and the holidays so children normally stay up later. Plus the lazy river was very shallow. Great the focus is on kids but they come with adults. In the room the pull out bed was great but there was no extra bedding, duvet or pillows in the wardrobe, we did try several times to call reception but no one answered and it was still in opening time. We were in our night stuff so unable to walk down. The hair dryer also didn't work, which I found out the next morning so mentioned at check out.

The room was really spacious and it was great that it had a pull out bed allowing all of us to have our own space. The pool was really lovely having lots for the kids to do and area for people to sit.

The room had a weird smell, the shower curtain was yellow on the bottom and there was hair in the tub from the previous guests.

The kids loved the extra activities. We did bowling and the mining.

It was much small than I expected. We had two teenagers and 3 adults in our suite. the blankets were threadbare and when we called the front desk for more blankets they would only approve 2 blankets then they never actually brought them up.

The theme of the park is pretty cool.

A life guard kept following around my 5 year old kid to tell her that she had to be careful for something that was not her fault. I watched the whole situation - the other family didn't watch their kids and one of their kids caused an incident, but the life guard came up to my kid and kept telling her that she should've been careful. I told the life guard that that's the other kid's fault which was the life guard also saw. Since the guard didn't expected that I was watching the whole situation and to talk her back, she just ran away and started pretending that there was not problem. That was annoying.

It would be nice for a breakfast to be included in the price. There is another indoor water park that has great reviews and they have a “generous hot breakfast” included in the price and they are about 20% cheaper.

It was great fun for the whole family. The information and birthday channels were good.

Extremely noisy. We got the bottom floor and it was like stomping elephants late at night and early morning. Just awful. We could hear laundry spinning and kids jumping on the beds and running in the hallway. I know rude tacky people are inevitable but rules should be enforced more and prioritized during the purchasing of the room and the checking in process.

The water park was great! Loved the Jacuzzi for adults only. Loved having coffee, snacks, game room, and food in the resort.

Much bigger bathrooms and a balcony door that opened so you could hang wet suits out to dry
