location is walking distance for the airport and across the street from a large Casino so there is entertainment and food in the immediate area and its only 5 minutes from another shopping/restaurant area. I had a room at the end of the 2nd floor which was great for my pet, easy quick access to the outside and little traffic which helps keep my pet from reacting to hallway traffic and disturbing other guests.

Easy check in and helpful staff. We only had a short time as we needed to catch a 5 AM flight. the receptionist was great, signed us up for the 4 AM shuttle and all was good

They shut the water off before the time they listed on notice, plus it wasn’t even check out time. I called the front desk and they got it turned back on a few minutes later, but that only left 10mins..

It's just my opinion, but the beds were way to soft and bouncy. Every time I moved at night the whole bed moved. It wasn't a bad thing so I hate to put it in a bad area. It's just my opinion, after having 4 back surgeries I need something a little firmer

I want my 50.00 put back on my card

I’ve to contact Booking about with no success . I paid a 50.00 refundable deposit for incidentals. Used none of it checked out with a clerk that no Interest but she did say she’d take care of the refund. The hotel has not . I’ve stayed there before and never had a problem. I will never there again or use booking again. You both have made it impossible to correct the problem. I use your email or theirs and I’m notified it’s not in use anymore. No reasonable customer service!!!

The night clerk was very rude and disrespectful. My brother went down to front desk because we did not have a remote for the TV. The girl at the desk told him she did not have any remotes. Then she found one and told him she didn't know if it would work. She did not offer to come to our room and check it out and if it didn't work, they didn't have anymore. She should have came to the room and made sure that we were able to watch our TV. The remote did work. However the clerk should've been more helpful and we are paying customers and should not have had to deal with that kind if service.

Carpet torn and patched, Bed OK but a bit soft. The room needs updating, and they say that is coming.

The location at the airport is convenient, and the staff's willingness to provide quick shuttle service 24 hours a day really outstanding. The room was OK, though the renovations coming (according to a sign in the room) will be welcome.

Breakfast could be better.

Very close to the airport so it's good if you are staying there to catch a flight but there's nothing close by in walking distance if you want to grab something. The staff were very helpful. The toilet wouldn't flush and it was taken care of right away.

I didn’t like that there were ants in the first room or that in the upgraded room, the mattresses on the bed and the sleeper sofa were very uncomfortable. Overall my family and I still enjoyed our trip and the room. However there weren’t any pillows for the sleeper sofa, so my daughters used one from our bed and they went downstairs to get another one from the front desk. But when we checked out and housekeeping came to clean our rooms, they reported that we’d stolen a pillow from the room. As a result, instead of them calling us to inquire about the pillow, they charged $20 to my card for it. Never mind the fact that whoever stayed there before us could have taken the pillow, or maybe the pillow needed replaced and someone forgot to replace it. So in spite of the fact that there were ants in the first room, and no swimming pool for our daughters to enjoy, I was still prepared to give the hotel a good review and consider staying there again. But after finding out that my family was falsely accused of stealing a pillow of all things and my card was charged for no reason, I have decided that we will not be staying at this hotel when we plan our next trip to Green Bay.

The 2 receptionists at the front desk were friendly. I liked that the second receptionist was very accommodating in giving us a free room upgrade when we explained to her (and showed her pictures) about there being ants in our original room. The suite was very spacious for our family and I loved that the hotel is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our cat along with us.

I'm nitpicking now; but, It's at the airport so the only other things close by are a casino (which I'm told has decent food) and a few gas stations

Quiet and clean. Looked pretty modern to me, even though they had 'renovations coming soon' signs all over. Breakfast was the usual sausage or bacon and eggs; waffle maker, and cold cereal. Service was friendly and efficient. FREE BEER on tap from 4-6 pm! About a 15 min drive to the downtown area.
