Bed Bugs, Blood on pillow cases, broken floors, unsafe electrical

My room had bedbugs. BEDBUGS! I complained to the front staff and asked if I ca. be moved. He refused and said he was completely booked. It was 1:30 am and I told him I was leaving and not staying in a room that has bedbugs. I asked for an incident report to document why I’m leaving. He refused and hung up. Just horrible. I can’t believe booking.com affiliates themselves with them. It makes me not want to book through this site due to this experience. Booking.com needs to vent their hotel affiliates and partners. This is not acceptable.

Everything but the proximity to the stadium. Room wasn't ready until atleast 5 so we had to get our room keys after the Bills game (midnight). Do you bring women or children there. Only intoxicated football fans should crash here and only for a few hours.

It is a 40 minute walk to the stadium which is the only reason we stayed here. The only other positive is we didn't find bed bugs? Then again, the mattress was fully wrapped so we couldn't check....

The hotel was terrible, we had 3 rooms,one room had blood on the sheets and pillows, the others had old stained sheets. We went to a different hotel close by because it was so bad. Don't stay here

The entire experience. Wouldn't let me check in on time because the room wasn't clean. Must have missed the bed bugs.

They billed me 3 times and I woke up to bed bugs walking on my face. I called to ask why I was billed 3 times and was hung up on by the staff.l!!!

The manager is terrible. I had already booked two queen rooms and because he didn't have two, he wanted to make me pay an up charge of $25 for a king. I told him to get lost if he wanted our business. He took our original agreed on amount. However there were no towels in the bathroom and when we asked for some at midnight he made us wait 20 minutes at his door saying that he was folding them from the dryer. Yes, the towels were cold and compressed as if they were in a pile. Besides there should have been towels in our room. He lives right on the premises , we assume, in the adjoining house/office that is very very nice compared to the Motel rooms. Passive aggressive much?. The rooms were questionable and you don't even want to have looked at the bathroom floor. The king room, however, was a little nicer and cleaner and modern.

They were putting some money into renovating some of the rooms I could see. There was a man who came over and cleaned our filthy bathroom and was very nice and humble.

It smelled like a terrible body oder in the lobby and within the room. The sheets and the room in general had that embedded to the point everywhere you turned you smelled it. This made sleeping here very uncomfortable also there isn’t a bolt type lock it’s just the doorknob lock which also didn’t feel safe. The pavement wasn’t done there was potholes everywhere that could mess up any car that passes through. There also may have been a dead bug on the wall that never got cleaned. The windows do not open to gain some fresh air into the room. Did not get a good nights sleep and was not able to concentrate on the work I needed to conduct during my stay. Had a loss of appetite due to the smell. I’d recommend not staying here at all. Also my room was supposedly cleaned right before I entered and it clearly wasn’t. The pillows were yellow and smelled and the bed sheets were stained as well.

Everything was dirty.(sheets,fridge,floor,bathroom) shower did not get hot. And it wasn't the cheapest option. Red roof had a cheaper price and I'm sure it was a better experience

No hot water, no heat, unclean, had to ask for soap and shampoo, had to ask for a roll of toilet paper, bathroom vanity all broken up, mold Along baseboards, terrible shower floor that I would not subject my feet to touching. Requested smoking room and there were no ashtrays, had to go outside and smoke in the rain. The soda that I left on the nightstand was colder in the morning than the one I took out of the fridge in the morning.

Sheets and blankets had big stains and dirty appearance whole room stunk like old filth nasty grim in shower drains and no towels im actually grateful of that as im sure they would have been as gross as the bedding. We went and bought new linens and towels it was so unacceptable

I felt like a local homeless person. Only allowed one towel. No pillows and fir a king size bed with only three half pillows on it. They were awful. Ask a couple times for towels and was told they were in the dryer for hours when it did come it looked used. No plug to plug anything into. No chair No nothing. Paid alot of money should have stayed somewhere else. I think they house alot of people threw dds but I paid and it was really bad. Bed was awful too.. couldn't take anything to the shower with us as No room. Bed was on a wooden homemade frame that I hit my legs on constantly

They lied about my card. They made me pay more for a room that I shouldn’t have too. Made us wait for a room and didn’t let us know when it was ready. The toilet was leaking. The towels and bed pillows had stains on them. Only got one towel n wash cloth for 3 people.
