We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe building was kind of run down. The water in the bathtub didn't want to turn off after my shower. In addition to the $80 for the room, there was a $150 deposit taken off my card. It made me want to go somewhere else, but the price of the room was non refundable.
The best part of my stay was the staff they were great very friendly and sociable. The breakfast was also good.

Cleaning staff was extremely loud and slamming doors first thing in the morning, and charge me $150 for damages and automatically charging my card for the room price without my consent when I usually pay cash at check out which I have done before.

United StatesThe hotel was undergoing construction and the hallways was littered with debris from the construction. They advertised breakfast included, but they offered nothing for breakfast not even fruit or breakfast bars. We didnt have a garbage can in our room so we had to go ask for one.
