You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesPrice. In 2020 I paid $120 for the same room. Today it was $250. I also was told by booking.com that there is NO pet fee. Hotel told me that they added $50 pet fee, what wasn't mentioned when I did reservation.
Room was outstanding. We are staying in that one third time. However price for this stay was doubled vs the first stay. Also pet pee was added what we never were changed before.

United StatesThat the week would never end. The area is different from South Jersey and it takes more than a week to appreciate the moment.
It was good. Fresh and the cooking staff was personable. There were two different women setting the food up on different days and they were attentive to us and asked if anything we needed that’s what they were there for. Patricia and Iris were their names. My daughter and granddaughter moved to North Carolina and if I need lodging I have a secure place to go.
