We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe pool area. Very murky. It's summer time no umbrellas for the patio tables. Noticed that the handicap chair electronic unit was broken and the hand rail at the steps is loose. The pool is the reason we took a staycation.

This is a pretty good hotel! The location is convenient off the highway, well kept, clean, and the employee was helpful. We got to our room at 9:30pm and the lights and ac were already on for us. The room was nice, beds were comfortable and bathroom clean. The FREE breakfast was not bad. It included eggs, potatoes, prepared oatmeal with toppings, waffles with toppings, cereal, toast, bagels, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and really good coffee. Several reviews for this hotel complain about the breakfast… it’s FREE breakfast. No complaints from me! Would stay here again.

United StatesIt’s a value property, it’s not the Ritz so some things are marginal like the tv and desk chair are not high end. Little things that you’re going to expect at any middle end hotel. But really overall it’s a nice property for the money.
Room was clean, comfortable bed. Perfect location, no noise but close to freeway and easy access to town. Great overall experience. We stayed at another property up the highway last time in Kingsville, and this was 10x better. Hampton Inn is probably one of the best places in Kingsville in value for dollar.
