Breakfast was the usual motel fare - a riot of ultra-processed foods and single-use plastic - although there were also apples and bananas. The price of the room was high for a hotel of this category.

It was a standard Hampton Inn: large room, very comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi was excellent. The room rate included breakfast, and I liked that it started at 6 am because I was horribly jet-lagged and awake very early. Plenty of parking, and a gas station right across the street. Just a short drive from downtown Providence.

I didn't like the waffle texture of the blanket cover as it was very scratchy. thankfully the inside sheet was smooth - would have preferred if both were smooth.

Breakfast was fantastic - baked potatoes and sausages were good. The room size was great - one of the most spacious at this price point and beds were comfortable. Wifi was good and made surfing the net enjoyable. Loved that they had free parking

Some of the children staying in the hotel were very noisy, running up and down corridors and screaming. Not the hotels fault but it did wake us up.

Carpets could use a cleaning

Friendly staff, location, parking areas near several entrances. Ki Ki at front desk, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Rich in maintenance helped fix our TV and Ed in the breakfast area, hard working and friendly. All in all your staff shines.

I did not like that there was hair on the walls of the shower and in the sink. The drain in the bathtub must have been clogged because when I took a shower the water pooled in the tub. The view from our window was awful, but thems the breaks because of the location of the hotel. The desk chair in our room was badly stained. I won't stay at this location again.

The area is a bit rundown but I felt safe in the hotel. The hotel is near Providence. We had a roomy double queen room. There is an Irish Pub attached to the hotel. You get a good amount of food for a fair price. The free breakfast offered by the hotel was good, definitely better than other hotels. I really like Hampton Inn as a brand for that reason.

Pool area needs to be cleaned. Hair everywhere. Hallways needs a good cleaning. Carpets and walls dirty. Rooms carpets need to be cleaned and they give two sheets instead of a blanket. Restaurant next door is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays just an fyi if you like me picked this place because of that.

To be honest the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the allotted amount of water for a hot shower. My shower ran cold for a little bit and then it finally started heating up again

Surprisingly the hotel was larger than expected and the room accomodations and size of the room exceeded expectations. The cleanliness was to notch and every staff member we met was so kind.

What a pity windows cannot be opened a little bit, no fresh air. To take a shower, too much water is waisted to mix the right temperature :-(

Staff could have been a bit friendlier. One of the rooms was a previous smoking room so it smelled just a little bit. Also the furniture was arranged weird when we came in. Tables and cushions stacked on a chair?

The room was clean, on the surface. Acceptable. That's all I can really ask for, but the room was in need of a deep clean. The walls had stains, it was dusty and combwebby in corners of the room, and on lamps. The pool was also in need of some TLC. There was a green mold near the chair lift, and the floor felt slimy. The kids could care less, so it was good enough. My allergies didn't help, and it's just about me personally.

The staff was amazing. The ease of getting what I needed was a huge help. They were on top of everything. For example, the ice machine was broken on our floor. We simply used the one on the other floors. The next day, the ice machine was back in working order.
