Room was clean the location was also good. Right outside of Pullman, easy to commute between pullman and Moscow. Restaurants were available around the property.

You use WAY too many chemicals in your pool!! Just walking down the hall made my eyes and lungs burn! I couldn't sit in the pool room with my children because it made me physically sick! Also, what's up with the no bacon at breakfast?!

The rooms were very nice! The cookies and milk in the evenings was just a really nice bonus!

Third party booking can sometimes be frustrating due to delay or lack of timely communication with the hotel staff.

The staff on duty made sure we had a place to stay that night despite the challenges on locating our reservation in their system. He helped us to feel safe, and get the much needed rest after a very long travel time to the hotel.

No microwave in room , fridge was really small and they only had 2 really small trash cans in the room.

We booked someone house add said 5 bed hot pet friendly and when we got there we were detected to the house next door but it was still a rental and we found the owner and she had no idea we were coming she had the lawn torn up and she let us go inside beds were messy there was only 3 the whole thing felt like a scam and she said we could stay but I'd have to pay her $600 again for a torn up yard and messy house I called priceline and they helped me with my booking issues. for my sisters bachelorette party and we had to big of a group to stay in her apartment so we stopped waiting for priceline and found the Hampton we gave them a 2 hour notice and and saved hundreds for a 2 bed room we got a hot tub we got a pool breakfast was included we did everything we wanted to do in the room to celebrate my sister soon to be wedding and the staff texted when we got to the room to make sure we liked it and they were available 24/7 if we need anything. For now on i choose a hotel that's garantied a clean room and helpful staff over a house u see random pics of everything isn't garantied a pair of weights doesn't count as a gym and if your booking is miss placed then the hotel has other rooms instead of kicking someone who wronged you out of the messy house add pay them again for one night. Hampton was a mood saver and we're very grateful.

Breakfast wasn't our favorite, but it did the job.

Great Pullman hotel option. It's located close to food and entertainment (well, Pullmans version). The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained. The lobby has lots of seating, which comes in handy for breakfast and evening cookies and milk. Our room was exactly what we needed - 2 comfy beds, TV, bathroom - all in pristine condition. Oh and it's worth calling out that they have a nightlight in the bathroom - one of the things I always wish were in more hotels. Being able to have that on as a light instead of having to blind yourself at 2am is a godsend to anyone that always has to get up at least once.

It was NO fault of the property, but a large group of high school students were staying for the Vibe conference. They were extremely rude and very loud in the hallways late at night and in the middle of the night. They took over the entire breakfast area in the morning and it was impossible to sit anywhere or get much food, they even broke things. All that to say, the staff handled it SO well and did such a good job of keeping up with the breakfast demand, I felt bad for them!

The room was too warm. The temp was set at 74 degrees. It took some time for us to figure out the best way to keep it at 65 degrees for our comfort.

Location was close to WSU. We were visiting our grandson who attends there. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast and snacks were wonderful. The pool was nice and warm. The staff was so friendly, including the workmen who were on the remodel.

Price was a bit steep for Pullman. I'm sure the rates were inflated for UI Parents Weekend, but still was surprised at the overall cost.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction, but our room was finished and we were so impressed with the updates! All the little details like the thin counter in the bathroom to allow for more moving room was a nice touch and well thought out. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of tables to sit at. The main desk staff was very friendly and they even had local wine for sale that we enjoyed! We'd stay again!

There really isn't anything we didn't like. If anything, when making the reservation, maybe let the people know for dust reasons. But even though there was remodeling going on, it was still a great stay.

Even during the construction / remodel of the hotel, it was still a comfortable stay. Our room was very clean. But the breakfast is outstanding!!! The food was beyond our expectations!!! So clean, and such a variety. Thank you! The two ladies that were in charge of the breakfast were so nice and helpful. And very friendly. We will definitely be back.
