Friendly staff with good tips and information, Good "off season" price. It's a long walk to the center of town, but the staff alerted me that the parking lot in the center was free until May 1st --excellent.

Concrete floor. and small bathroom Outside appearance was off-putting - more like a motel.

Not hotel's fault: Do not use the bike shares out front. Horribly, not maintained at all - my first bike was broken, and I rented it with 2 others, and could not put just one away, so had to pay for four bikes, one of which was parked and broken. Generally assessing the bikes, the tires were low and chains rusty. I spent less renting a premium bike from shop for four hours than I did renting a broken bike for 65 minutes. The bikes are not operated by the hotel but they should not have them on their property. Just a warning to future guests.

The pool and grounds were very nice. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There are very clean and well-maintained common areas for groups. It is nice to have a hotel of this size with these amenities that is not a chain.

Everything was good

A lovely hotel in an excellent loaction just outside Provincetown which was easily walkable. Maurice on the front desk was an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Room was comfortable and beds were fine. All in all a lovely location and hotel. Good washing machine facilities

We LOVED the shuttle & bus service to Commercial Street! Also loved that Kevin & the housekeeping crew went above & beyond to find and mail to us my husband’s special pillow he left behind! I never expected that to be found. Thank U

Some areas seem overdue for an update or deep clean such as the air intake vent in the bathroom.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Decent pool. Poolside restaurant for basic needs. Fire pit areas were a nice touch especially in the front of the hotel.

I'd say the photos looked a lot better than in real life, only because It's been renovated not actually new. Also, we had 6 pillows, but they were all small and didn't hold the shape - so I hope that the hotel can invest in better pillows

We loved that the hotel was pet friendly and we could take long walks with our puppy on the beach. I loved complimentary coffee in the morning and the cleaning service was always on time.

Good location away from the hustle and bustle but easy to walk in to town. Friendly staff and the pool is excellent for families, especially children.

It definitely needs refreshing. Housekeeping did a great job with cleanliness but the rooms felt shabby for the price/in need of a fresh coat of paint at the least, there were cigarette butts in the sandy walkway next to our patio. Waited a very long time for the hotel shuttle into town which never came.

Wonderful pool and lawn game space which was the best thing about it. We had a maintenance issue where our sink backed up but they came very quickly to fix it and clean everything and staff was nice.

we found the floor of the room dirty with sand and sticky the air conditioning stops working at night and it takes a long time to go back to work, it works for a short time and does not work for several minutes, I woke up several times at night to look at the air conditioning
