Paying 28.00 per night to park was disappointing.

Ms. Annie! She was the nicest, caring, warm and friendly person. She addressed every concern and want for our group for the week. It was such a pleasure meeting her.

The air conditioner in the room did not work properly. So, my family and I slept hot and uncomfortable. We had to operate with one room key. Upon request, it took some time to receive clean towels.

The deform was nice upon entering the hotel. The staff members were very polite and helpful.

No usb chargers, tub drained slow, and the front desk had so few keys we could only get 1 key for 2 people.

A group of around 40 to 50 high schoolers from Washington DC arrived at the hotel (for a 5 day stay in town). When we decided to get some breakfast at 8.30, there was barely any food left or cups or spoons. We could not understand that management had not anticipated the arrival of that many hungry guests......it was disappointing to say the least.

Nice size room. Great location. Within walking distance of Canal street (with lots of restaurant options) and a 20 minute walk to the WW2 museum. Keep in mind that you will have to find parking if you come by car. The garage we picked (just around the corner for 48 hours = 90$

The staff could've been better. The valet ripped us off. Gave him $40 cash which included a $18 tip and then the front desk charged my card too. Went to tell them about us already paying and she said they don't accept cash which we didn't know when paying for the service. Did get our $22 back ,but I had to catch a attitude and basically demand it.

Breakfast was a disaster. Paying as much as we did, breakfast should've been included. Or it could've been done in a better manner. Also called for room service & was told we couldn't do that, although it was listed. When we checked in, I was told that I could pay with cash at checkout as long as I put a card on file when checking in. When we went to check out, I was then told that cash wasn't accepted by the same girl that told me I could. Very unprofessional & put in a very difficult situation.

Valet was very nice & it went well. It would've been nice to know ahead of time that we only had that option though. Hotel was close to the cheer venue.

The drive in from the interstate was thru a rough neighborhood. The drive out was good. $22 for valet parking was a bit alarming. Charging additional for breakfast made it rather expensive.

The elevator worked well. The shower was large and had good water pressure.

The staff was not helpful, the pool was too dirty with people eating all around it and gym was in a bad shape too. Plus there was no complimentary breakfast

I didn’t like that breakfast started so late. Other properties start breakfast at 5:30 and 6AM. but this location don’t start serving breakfast until 7AM. This was hard on our organization because our function started at 7:30AM.
