Everything was wonderful except when I needed more towels after the pool. The lady at the front desk seemed like she didn't want to give me extra, saying that I was supposed to use the little towels at the pool. When I explained them towels are to little to wrap around my body she said that they don't like the guests to use the towels from the rooms and get more because they don't want them stolen. While I do understand that sometimes people might take the hotels towels, it was inappropriate to assume that every guest will. We ended up returning all the towel we had been given right after changing in our room. You have a wonderful hot but the staff shouldn't come off to guests like that.

The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and a great value for the money. We had a wonderful time

The appearance...both inside and outside, temperature control, gym have a great selection of machines and weights, room was very clean and comfortable. Supply of smokers ashtrays was placed on various benches outside.

Had some miscommunication with attendant serving breakfast. We paid for our breakfast with room ahead of time & she tried to charge us again even after desk advised her we had paid.

The toilet in our room wouldn't pull water into the tank so it would flush.had to keep pulling the tank lid off and hitting the top of the mechanism to make it draw water.

We thought we were in a different location off Brownsboro Road but after a late dinner we went to check in and discovered our reservation was about 10 miles away at a different location. Very frustrating and the staff made no offer to accommodate us to make a change.

When checking out we received the recipe and I noticed that we had been charged the Hilton website prices and NOT the Booking. Com with whom I booked with. Causing my debit card to be charged DOUBLE the amount!! Almost emptied our bank account! I was in tears at the front desk and the older desk lady was a bit rude and blamed another coworker guy for being "new and young " not knowinh how to do stuff ... NOT seeing a notification on the cpu screen from Booking and over charged us.She said she can issue a refund but..it takes a few days... I was soo upset as we still had to worry about gas and food on our trip for our family..since the Hotel cleaned out our account out due to thier error and negligence. I was baffled as to how that could happen. Then she didn't offer anything as a "sorry" so I requested for her to ATLEAST give me some Hilton points.. she seemed irritated by my request .. but gave 1000 points. I guess its better than Nothing and we checked out. Thanks be to God that later that day someone paid for my family's dinner and gave us gas money to get home to Ohio.

I wanted to take a bath since I don’t have a bathtub at home and was unable to both nights we stayed here. The stopper for the tub was broken in both rooms. I was very disappointed. We complained to the front desk and they said they would send someone right up. An hour later someone came up and tried to fix it but couldn’t. The next night we stayed in a different room and that stopper wasn’t working properly either. Some people do enjoy taking a bath on vacation and should be able to do so if paying for a room with a bathtub. Made me question if all the rooms didn’t have a working bathtub

It seems unnecessary that I had to book the room through Booking.com to get the best rate rather than being able to book at the counter when we arrived; also, there was no mention that there was a charge ($10 +) for the continental breakfast. Though I saw a sign upon check-out that there should be a $10 per person credit on our folio for breakfast, no one explained that or offered it.

The property was overall a positive stay. It was easy to locate off the highway. The room was clean and was at a comfortable temperature.
