How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The lobby and the elevators give the impression the hotel is older.
The room was very clean, big size, well equiped and the furniture seemed new. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and proactive.

Perfect place to stay in Vegas. Huge rooms with so many extras. Be great for a family. Minutes walk to monorail. Few minutes to the strip.

No restaurant or room service, just a mini-mart type shop.
Clean, spacious and newly updated with lovely oasis-like pool and spa area. The Flamingo pool next door was closed and I heard it is much noisier when that’s open and blaring music. The Sphere is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Extremely clean, great staff. Not sure what the boys name with curly hair was but he was extremely kind and welcoming. Gina was an amazing person to check in with, made me feel comfortable and excited for my vacation!

Hotel is very well located…you can go walking to majority of the main points. It is extremely clean… you can feel a comfortable smell once arriving in the lobby.

Better due diligence required from housekeeping as I found someone else's dirty flip flop under the bed...
Just behind the Flamingo, so the location was perfect. We got upgraded to a higher floor room with the view, thank you so much. The music noise wasn't an issue for us, it was only during the day and you are out anyway. Super spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower. Would recommend! Nice small pool area!

Nothing really, other than not being able to book an Uber to the Hotel, because the only pin available is at the Flamingo
Great value for the money, the room is large and has both shower and bathtub. The staff was very friendly and going the extra mile.

The coffee machine in the kitchen. The coffee provided that fits the machine is horrible. The 1 cup at a time maker is poorly designed. A more traditional coffee maker with provided filters would be much better. I bought my own filters and coffee and made it work.
Fantastic location and smaller size( compared to the typical huge Vegas property) made it easier to get around the property. Very nice pool but bring ear plugs or your headphones because the super loud music coming from the adjacent Flamingo pool area is annoying. My 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen was well designed and very comfortable . The Housekeeping crew and front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

No "amenity" for celebrations, would not provide a bottle of champagne or anything for our anniversary. It's VEGAS!!!
Everything they offered went well. We very much appreciated the music from Flamingo pool, it was the biggest review negative that we saw. You are in Vegas, enjoy it!!

There could have been a bar in the hotel. The shop could have had longer opening times. The pool area would have really benefitted from a kiosk selling coffee, cold drinks, snacks etc. Our studio apartment could have been improved by having a central light as the lamps left the main area a bit dark.
I liked the studio room. It had high quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. The shower was brilliant. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were changed every day. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free water daily was a nice and needed touch. Good location just behind The Strip. Nice outdoor facilities, well kept.
