The staff, with the exception of the maintenance guy (see above) were universally surly and not really helpful at all. I got the impression that they thought then place would run much better without guests!

Decent room - easy parking. Problem with toilet not flushing properly was dealt with quickly.

Room was fine, no complaints. Breakfast was basic but served the purpose. The location is okay, but you need to walk for 20 minutes to Old Town trolley station if you don`t have a car. And it`s not a very pleasant walk. But the price for the room is very affordable in comparison to other hotels.

I would have liked to have had a bit more variety to chose from from the continental breakfast and I definitely would have enjoyed the options to be either fully stocked, or had them available at 6:30am. I prefer to eat in a fully lite area and watching the staff arrive at 7:15-7:30ish and still take their time to enter the building, stock the condiment's, fill the hot water jug and bring out the boiled eggs at 8am wasn't helpful when it is clearly stated breakfast from 6am-9am I believe was the time frame.

The location was centralized perfectly to reach our destinations of choices, close to the airport with no noise interruption, close to many locations to eat and plenty of parking.

Noise level from main street and adjacent rooms (even water running or people sneezing can be heard). Breakfast was very limited. No peanut butter, no cream cheese, no honey: need at least a protein with the bread!

The room was big with a bed, sofa, center table, reading table, and a chair. Microwave oven, freezer, closet, and bathroom accessories were provided. Breakfast was basic. Free parking and free wifi.

The cleanliness and that the breakfast area was super small so we could not eat breakfast there, even though we paid for it.

The place didn't feel very secure with some homeless people in the area and a few people arguing from the balcony.

It is an older building which has some updated decor. The bed comfort was okay.

The entrance from the street is narrow. The "breakfast" is literally just a waffle maker. It's super noisy at night and lots of rif raff walking around the parking lot.

The room was clean, smelled nice and the bed was super comfy.

Room was a little dirty. Bathtub was dirty when arrived. There was a little splash of what seemed like either blood or some red liquid in the corner on the carpet near the closet. On the first morning of my stay it was raining super hard, I opted to use the complimentary breakfast they have. Once it hit 9:00 am when breakfast time ended the lady that works the breakfast room decided it was a great idea to close the main doors and lock them and open the doors to the pool area and have guests walk through the wet slippery pool area in the storm. She did get upset after a guest asked her to open the main doors and proceeded to tell the guest that she opened the pool doors for a reason. She eventually opened the doors to the hotel lobby but was upset about having to do so.

The location was great. Super close to shopping centers and attractions. Main desk associate was nice and friendly when checking in and out.

The t.v didn't work the first few days we were there (thank goodness we were busy) and no one was sent to fix it we called the desk many times and the girl was getting annoyed. Next time send someone the 1st call. The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. She was rude and seemed.like she doesn't like her job very much. She was rude when she answered the phone as well as we went to talk to her in person.

We stay here alot and it was great as usual. The breakfast is simple.and easy for our kids to make a decision. The woman who runs the breakfast is absolutely amazing and she is the reason we will come.back. my son wanted to go swimming..and everyday she would have the door unlocked for him for after breakfast so he could go. Thank you!

Housekeeping knocked my door at 8am, when checkout was a 11am, she knocked a few times and then she tried to open the door, i was like wtf i was with my 3yr kid and we couldn’t back to sleep
