Cost and noise all night long. It was raining and the rain pounding on the roof as it is a one floor hotel was incredible. They must have a tin roof.

Location was good. Our room was clean but the hallway and lobby need an upgrade. It was very expensive for a one night stay.

I was very upset by the fact that I paid for a “breakfast included” rate which is pricier but then we were limited to breakfast for up to two adults when there were four of us. This limitation was not mentioned anywhere prior to check in. Had this been mentioned, I would simply paid for a normal rate. Now, breakfast is served starting at 6 am but by 7:30 am, the restaurant was still closed and the front desk staff was no help and somewhat condescending. Also, the A/C in our room barely worked and it was 90 degrees outside. would not recommend staying here.

The pool/game area was fantastic but the pool's heater was not working. They did say they were waiting on a part but we were there for 5 days and it was never fixed.

For the price of the room, it was surprising to us that breakfast was not included.

TV canals were hard to understand where to locate the regular channels for news, sports etc...

The pool area was nice very open and welcoming, hot tub would've been nice if the kids didn't take it over. Breakfast wasn't anything great, it was ten dollars about what we paid @ Perkins down the road.

The AC unit in the room didn't seem to work as well. The room became very hot at night. It was a spring day and the temps got down to maybe 30 degrees outside but the room temp seemed warm with the AC blasted.

The location worked out pretty well and the pool and activities were nice. The breakfast was pretty nice from the on site restaurant even though it wasn't included or discounted.

Older hotel but it was somewhat updated, our room just had a funky odor. They ran an air oxidizer while we were out and it helped 100%. Could have been a fluke odor.

Easy access of interstate. Nice restaurant connected. Room was spacious.

The bath tub was extremely slippery. We had to put a towel down so we wouldn't fall as slipped numerous times. Fridge didn't really work very well either.

Good location. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Enjoyed Willy T's restaurant and bar.

I upgraded to have free breakfast. However, upon arrival, I got one free breakfast at the restaurant. I assumed that upgrading to free breakfast meant everyone ate free. The buffet cost 10.00, and biscuits were cold. Sausage gravy was Luke warm. I paid 20.00 for cold biscuits and gravy for 2, and a package of cold Cereal. The pool was cold, and the hot tub was warm. Definitely would not have paid the upgrade to get 1 free buffet for 1 person.

The room was clean they were in the process of updating rooms.

The facility was under construction, room and hallway smelled like mold. Contractors working in the same area guests were staying. View of dumpsters and debris out the room window. Noisy, dirty and loud. I had to go to walmart and buy allergy medicine. Hallways were dark, dirty and seemed abandoned to the point I felt unsafe. Not sure why guest would be placed in wings with active construction. Parking lot was also a construction zone.

Given us a remodeled room. They did comp us a room for one night because of all the issues.

The bed and bedding were great. 7am construction started with a huge bang. Woke up to large pieces of the roof being dumped in a dumpster right outside our window. Carpet was dirty. Wallpaper was being held up with masking tape.

Parking area was crowded as snow banks pushed trucks back into driving lane so it was a tight fit to get through to park.

The staff was extremely rude, we were working out and were close to being fine and the staff came to the door and said “you’re done, we close in like 30 seconds!” I can see if we were teenagers, but as two adults on a bike and treadmill, I do not understand how three more minutes to finish our workouts would have made a difference. Especially since they turned off all the lights anyway. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have 24 hour access to the weight room.

Everything. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. All areas were clean. Great location for access as well as access to food and entertainment.
