Little things like assigning a room and someone was already in that room. No local channels on the tv and no one knew why or how to find. Then finally when returned from a night out , the elevator was broken and had to climb stairs to the top floor .

Gym was bad. Broke equipment and not much in it. Husband almost fell off treadmill when it stopped working.

On weekends this hotel is booked by quite a few travelling baseball/softball teams. It would be nice if the breakfast could start a bit earlier. There are always several teams who have to be at the fields at 7am, which means leaving at 6:30 am, which means the kids miss out on breakfast. It would be a super nice add on to open it earlier during those times.

All was as expected. The front desk employees were very nice.

The little things. Door missing on closet but parts laying on shelf. Torn black out blinds still have the duct tape I repaired them with a year ago. Lights out or flickering. Same breakfast EVERY day. Highway noise.

Ice machine always out of order, no vending machines, very hard bed and highway noise is horrible.

I’ve stayed at most places in Cleveland and it’s the best you will find. Good staff, clean, good parking, amazing breakfast

Road traffic noise is horrible if you have a room on the front side. bed is hard as a rock. Pool, vending and ice machines not available

Rooms are a little dated and bathroom is small. Staff that checked me out was to lazy and did not want to run me a paper copy of my bill.

The air condition in the room did not work properly. Thankfully it was cold out and the room stayed at a reasonable temperature. The highway noise was annoying even for the third floor. If the A/C had been working it might have drowned out the noise.

The front desk lady went out of her way to serve our team breakfast earlier than normal because we had an early game. She was patient with a large group.

The whole first floor was being renovated Elevator did not work No breakfast available as stated on the website The first room we went to was not clean and linens were piled up on the floor Had to go back downstairs to get another room Very disappointing

There was no sheets/blankets for the couch bed. When I told front desk they only brought a sheet & a blanket. Said there was no pillows & didn’t have a fitted sheet either. Room was VERY humid/sticky. Dead roaches in corner of room.

This place is going downhill fast. I will not be back.

Got there at check in time and was given a key. Got to the room and it had not been cleaned at all in fact cleaning staff was at other end of the hall still. Went to get another room and desk staff told me I have to understand that they have been booked solid and are under staffed. They then told me that the cleaning crew was in my room and it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. A lie since I was just there and no one was near my room. A. It’s not my fault that you are two tight to hire enough workers or pay them a living wage. B. After 3:00 you are taking time away from me that I payed for. C. I am in town for work and your inadequate performance if causing me to be late. Finial they found me a tiny little handicap to stay in but I had to ask them to reimburse the extra that I had paid for a nice room.

I booked my room online 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived to check in the total was $40 more than my booking price. After showing my confirmation to the staff member he did adjust my price back to my confirmation amount. I go upstairs to room 215 just to find out this was a double queen room, I booked a king room. I go back down stairs to inform the attendant. He tells me that it must have been a system error. I show him my confirmation again, just to clarify. He tells me the only thing he can do is upgrade me to a king suit room for the same price. I asked to see the room, just to realize this was not a suit it was simply a bigger room only because it was their handicap room. I told the attendant that I didn't want that because I needed more counter space in the restroom. He explained that the counter space was the exact same in every room, which was a lie. I ask the attendant if there was anymore king rooms that I could switch to, he told me that the entire hotel was booked for the night because it was their busy season. Because it was so last minute and I had an event to get dressed for I had no time to find another hotel. I just settled for something I did not want. The attendant did not offer me a discount or points or anything at all for my inconvenience. Also the lighting in the restroom was horrible because a few light bulbs were out, for a woman that's a major issue when getting dressed. Most likely I will not be back.

Built too close to the highway. The window provided little sound proofing and the ac was really loud. Didn't get a good night's sleep.
