The individual room smelled strongly of cigarettes and was very outdated and could use some work.

All of the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. It seems like there were upgrades being done which is wonderful. The common spaces were updated and nice.

To many phantom lights on in the room at night and didn't have keurig coffee maker.

I booked 2 rooms that were supposed to be 2 queen beds, one being handicap accessible. What I got was 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Big difference! Staff couldn't be bothered to rectify the situation. We asked for a couple more pillows since I had JUST had neck surgery. The desk staff was very rude about this, too.

It was clean. It was close go where we were going. The beds, though not the size I paid for, were comfortable.

I got the room for the hot tub, unfortunately it was in the bathroom. Which means you can't use the rest room in private without getting out of the tub and you can't shower in a normal shower. Also it had cobwebs so big it looked like a nest of bugs in the room. Also at exactly 11:12am the staff tried to walk in the room with no knock at all, I was standing in the bathroom with the door open when I heard the door catch on the dead lock. It's a Monday morning, I spent extra time making sure the room was clean what if by chance I was not dressed and forgot to deadbolt. I tried to politely tell the front desk but I got the blame instead because of the time. Even after she said yes I'm sorry I've had to tell them about that before! The 1800 number took care of the situation, I'm not a complainer so I never once complained about the room but that had me so upset when I felt blamed after I very quietly tried to let management know what happened so they could fix it internally.

The housekeeping was not up to expectations. We had to request everything we needed for the 1st 3 days, and the 4th was supposed to have been a total room clean-but nothing was cleaned or restocked. No offer to compensate was made. Also we were in a room over the front doors which were constantly opening/closing so it was constantly loud. We were not aware of this or would have requested a different room.

Did not participate in the breakfast, it didn’t look as if anything was available, but it may have been or was just depleted. Not judging on this aspect. Every interaction with front desk staff was friendly, informative, and professional. Construction or remodeling was ongoing and a bit of an inconvenience but not a deterrent.

Room above us was loud, however management did help to rectify the situation. Incidental deposit felt 'cold'. People were occasionally smoking by the doors. Building is a bit rundown & needs some minor repairs & touch up.

The waffle irons were in the middle of the bar line. It would have been more efficient to have them at their own station apart from the actual line of items.

Breakfast bar was nice. I enjoyed the waffles. It was a bit tight to navigate. Everything was crammed together in one space. Other than that it was great.

Pool was closed and front desk was moved while they are renovating. House Keeper for April 5th opened the door to my room without even knocking and that was at 10:35 am before checkout. Opened it while I was changing so I feel as if my privacy was invaded and didn’t feel safe in the room.
