A couple of issue’s with the bathroom. The bathtub plug did not work and the wallpaper had a little peeling

It would be nice to have the option of a light blanket instead of a duvet (but really, how picky can you get?)

Plenty of choices, all tasty. My husband loved the biscuits and gravy offered every morning. I was glad to see whole wheat English muffins. The orange juice was good, so was the coffee.

I have not received my $50 cleaning deposit credited back to my account. It has been over a week. I do understand that today 10/9 is not a business day but it still has been over a week . Otherwise everything else was fine

The ice machines were broken on all floors, for breakfast the juice machines were broken, giving out watered down juices, the pancake/waffle machine was broken just not what I’ expected as I always stay in IHG properties.

The staff was very friendly and helped me when I needed it. The bed was very comfortable and the facility was very clean.

the smell of marijuana was very strong in the hallways and lobby area but did not smell in the room, the breakfast was lacking

Breakfast was good, but despite best efforts of very nice and helpful staff ... there were several times when we had to ask for food or coffee or utensils to be restocked. Overall, the facility is very nice and the staff worked very hard, but the hotel is significantly understaffed. It is understandable if you are facing hiring issues. But if you are doing it to save money ... not a smart idea. Also, groups of people hanging out and loitering on property. Guests?

The pool chairs were covered in mold and the pool room wreaked of it. The pool was also very murky. The hallway on our floor had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The house keeping service never came to give us new towels (which we needed), nor did they empty our garbage.

The staff was very friendly. The location is in a great area. Not surrounded by tons of attractions, but very close to all of them. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable.

That I couldn't use my membership which is the 2nd time I've stayed at a holiday inn and was not able to get any credit because I've been misled on how the membership works . Had to pay a $50 deposit, it would not accept cash when they had my bank info but didn't want to pay with my card and still had to pay the $50 deposit

The area doesn't have any stores or service stations that are within walking distance. Let alone nearby.

Overall everything. The facility is nice and clean We liked the fact that we could grab and go with the bags for breakfast. The room was great and Tony and Greg welcomed us with big smiles as well as great information about future stays.

The staff was rude when we checked in. The way they talked to my husband and I. We asked for two wash rags and was told they don’t have any. There were 2 dirty wash rags in the shower so I would be shocked if it was even cleaned. I make coffee in the mornings and one Kuerig cup was already used. Just very dirty. I will never stay there again. The rooms should be inspected before someone checks into it. We usually stay for breakfast but left as fast as we could and got breakfast out because of the cleanliness. I will add we needed more blankets and pillows for the pull out sleeper and was told they don’t have blankets? What the heck? We gave our 2 kids our comforter to cover up with. We were given 2 extra pillows for the kids but no pillow cases. We had to ask again for pillow cases. We travel a lot and have never had this experience. We will never stay there again.
