Air in room . Therebis no AC fan button for continued air. The fan squeeked and there was a constant high beep that would come and go during the night.

Place a step up to get in the jacuzzi and place a Matt by it,and make sure the water runs in fast and hot water, not cold The pillow was not comfortable. Please use firm pillows

Someone was smoking pot on our floor on Saturday night….the smell was very evident. I know you have a no smoking policy but evidently someone violated that policy.

Breakfast was average. There may have been more of a selection but we ate after a college men’s soccer team had eaten. Lady working the dining room on Sunday was awesome. Did enjoy the fresh baked cinnamon rolls.

The front desk worker when we first checked in was rather rude. It seemed like we were an inconvenience to her day. The elevator was also rather slow and there was only one. But, it was a busy weekend when we stayed.

The breakfast was nice. Everything was served warm and was tasty. We appreciated a freshly made bed and new towels every day which is no longer expected at many hotels. The staff was helpful.

It smelled so much that it interfered with sleep. The room was clean- I don’t know where the smell came from- walks or carpet? The lady at the desk in the morning fid not smile or make eye contact - bad mood or we were just inconvenient.

Everything was okay until check out. House keeping lady was so rude and nasty. And a big liar. All I have to say is they want the room just as you find it. Even thou we came close to doing that house keeper still lied and said we left room a mess. And you know they charged me extra because I didn't vacuum the floor. I will NEVER stay there again. Trying to make it easy on house keeping because I hate stuff lying around we bagged all our garbage which wasn't much, stacked all the dirty towels in the middle of bathroom floor, Even thou we didn't make the beds we pulled the covers up. I was so upset I have never been treated like that and I have stayed in hotels in many states. This one comes in with me as the 2nd worse one I've stayed in. The reason she lied is because she knocked on door about 10 minutes after 11oclk. Check out time is 11 but I had asked for a late check out for 12. When I told her that she mumbled something and gave me a nasty look. ". We checked out before 12. Before we could get to front desk she had called down and lied and said the room was a mess. There is know way I would stay there again I would sleep in my car first.

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. And the fact it was a fridge and microwave was great.

I know that they had tournaments happening but we made a reservation ahead of time and advised them that we would be in at 9pm. Room seemed smaller than what was promised and we had two kids

The noise level was extremely loud due to people staying outside our window and children next to us yelling late into night.Called front desk and was helpful with people outside. Children may have been unattended!

When I called for reservations, I thought I was speaking with a Holiday Inn employee when he suggested I make the reservations online. My husband made them for our stay and we made a printout giving confirmation. I presented this to the employee at checkin and learned that our reservations were made through a third party and that I could not obtain Priority Points for the stay because because I went through a third party. I had no idea this was a third party and I feel very strongly that this encroachment prevented me from earning points for the stay. The third party should nit have access to Holiday Inn customers without their know,edge.

The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, hard working. and accommodating.
