I requested a quiet room... sadly it was "March Madness" and I was given a room on the main floor which would have been fine, except for the running around above my head until very late at night. Also the rooms have "black-out" curtains, but on the main floor there are floodlights directed at the windows (for safety, I presume) and the curtains don't quite come together, so it wasn't actually dark.

You offer coffee in the room, have a fridge, but there is no milk and sugar. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they delivered creamers and sugar to the room which was nice (but maybe should have been there ahead of time?)

Front entrance needed attention. Sidewalk , welcome mat and flower pots were not maintained. That way when we arrived and left 3 days later. First impressions!!

Communication could have been much better with the staff. I extended my stay the night before I was supposed to check out but the morning staff was unaware and my boyfriend and I almost got walked in on by a housekeeping employee due to lack of communication. /

The location is nice and off the roadway.It was around a lot of good stores and places to eat. The room was also really cozy with a well working air conditioner

Photos indicated a hot tub, but there wasn't one. Possible our leisure trip coincided with some high demand local events, because prices (in the entire area) were noticably higher than usual. This wasn't the best location, but it was adequate (and as noted above, was in a nice quiet spot).

It was nice. It allows pets, so it would be excellent for people traveling with their pets. The breakfast was good and hot.

I would have liked a bar.

The breakfast was good. I felt it needed more tables. Separating a couple of the ones that had four seats would help. There was a lady constantly cleaning up which was good.

The grout in the bathroom tile needs to be replaced. Our toilet seat was loose. I also think that the carpet needs to be replaced.

I would have preferred more fruit choices. The cinnamon rolls were good but the egg dishes were not.

breakfast was not very good but not much worse that this sort of breakfast at other hotels. the toilet wasn't completely clean. $100 extra to have my dog stay is above market and was a bad surprise. the fitness room was worthless. the room furniture was a bit rundown

It is a little hard to find at first, tucked far back from the road.

This hotel is in a great location since I was traveling by car, it was close to everything and had an easy on/off way to the highways. The room was fairly large and comfortably furnished.

The price for one night was extremely high for a Holiday Inn. Plus they charged me an additional $50.00 for what they referred to as some type of holding fee/downpayment? What?! I had to call to verify the charges from them and ask that extra charges be removed.

This really is petty--but, the provided lotion is impossible to get out of the plastic bottle. I did get some out--it is fine lotion but, it is almost impossible to get more than just a smidge.

Each Staff member was exceptionally pleasant. I had an extended stay and the Front Desk person greeted me by name (after a long, long day sitting and being with my husband at the hospital and over an hour away from home--in other words, I knew no-one) and that felt amazing good. Somehow, just calling me by name, made me feel very safe.
