Our room was abit run down but clean.

Good location, great breakfast and large comfortable room. Even had a small kitchenette. Good parking. Did not use the pool but a nice option for others.

Not a great problem but the phone in the room didn't work. The maintenance guy did switch it but I think there's was a problem with the line. It just meant that we couldn't call out or receive calls in. It didn't spoil our stay though.

Location in Tucson was great, with stores just across the road. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room better than we expected. Breakfast choices were great. Parking easy with loads of spaces.

Music in lobby is ridiculously loud. It took several minutes and phone calls to get someone at the front desk in the morning around 9:00 am. The lights were off and we were trying to check out. The vacuuming in the room was lacking, there were crumbs along the walls and corners. Obviously this is a mechanical limitation and missing attention to detail.

The pillows are so uncomfortable, also our bathroom floor was all cracked and shifting around when we stepped on it.

A better kitchen

The room was clean; breakfast was good; the location was great, stores are within walkable distance; the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was allowed early check-in as I reached early. Really appreciate it.

Tv needs to have a guide in it. We have to surf each channel to see what's on and it's usually a commercial every time we change the channels. Also the back button doesn't work on the remote. This isn't our first stay. Breakfast was great variety but tasted terrible.

Open bed was really bad - didn't support the weight of 11 years old kid. Breakfast is very basic - the same every day. We we're a family of 6 in the room they kept taking the towel's and bringing back only 4. Can't say the room felt clean.

We came with a trailer and it was comfortable that we parked in the back of the hotel. Good WiFi networks in the hotel

The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and loose. Also the body wash dispenser needed to be replaced.

Pretty much everything except for recommended improvements. Very impressed that housekeepong wanted to clean our room during our stay. It seems most hotels inform you that there will not be any housekeeping unless requested.

I didn't like when I booked the room it said nothing about a 100 dollars deposit would of been nice to know .. plus in the room could use some work done on it the vent over the spa tub was falling off. The door to the pump was broke

I had to call up to the front desk to ask where sheets for the pullout couch were. They told me I had to get them upfront and then I had to go back to the room and make the bed myself which is just a pain after a long day of traveling. we also had a baby cockroach in our room and I let the front desk know exactly where it was (on the wall above the bathroom) and they just ok. No apology or anything, just a little frustrating because it did make a few of my kids scream when they saw it and it was a whole ordeal with my family and being in the room after that.

This property was very nice inside and had a very good breakfast selection.
