The overnite lady that was on duty late at night to early morning was grouchy and sour..especially when told about ants in microwave in brkft area. 🤨

Even though the rooms were visually clean the rooms both smelled horrible like manure. There was also blood drops on the pillows.

I wish there was more breakfast variety. I would have liked some eggs and meat options. However, the yogurt and fruit I ate were quite satisfying.

The room was very comfortable, climate control worked well - very important in the over 100 degree weather at the time of my stay. The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional in their cheerfulness and helpfulness. I really appreciated the first floor room since I have difficulty with stairs.

The pool could have used a good vacuuming. Too much dirt and debris on pool floor that got stirred up during swim. The continental breakfast had very limited choices. But, this was a Wednesday morning and not much occupancy for the hotel, so perhaps they don't offer a bigger selection of breakfast items.

Greeted with a big smile at check in. The beds were very comfortable. The temperature in the room could be easily adjusted. The staff was able to accommodate us with a room close to the pool. Waffles were yummy!

I showed up at 1:30 and stated I was there to check. Two things coming from a frequent traveler, they let you check in but you come back for keys. She said check ins not till 3 (not rude, but not nice ). I explained that I’ve never stayed at a hotel that did not let you check in early and wait for key. But I brought up fact that I requested Early check in. Next lady looks and says no. Can’t commodate. She preceded a to tell me they have me checking in at midnight. I said that’s inrestinh, I received an e mail full the hotel confirming reservation and stating they would do their best to accommodate. So as I watch two people check in early and began to question. A tall man told her there would be a room ready for me in 5mins. I appreciate that it worked out but you might want to do a refresher course on customer service for your front desk staff. Even if it wasn’t possible to accommodate me, they could have been less dismissive of me and more empathetic.

It has a pool. It is located super close to downtown Tombstone and the price was excellent . For the most part, staff were very friendly.

Being a bigger person I was disappointed to see they don’t have elevators. We had to carry all our luggage up a flight of stairs and back down the next morning.. it sucked.

There is no elevator, so one needs to carry one's luggage to the 2nd floor. It is puzzling that the hotel advertises that it gives a "boutique hotel experience". This is just a very average hotel at 2 star level.

Okay breakfast, nice pool. Good view from the hotel. Good value.

I requested early check in but that request was not fulfilled.. Had to sit in lobby with another out of state couple until exactly Three o'clock. Toilet needed a check before room was rented.

Breakfast was meager, no eggs other than hard boiled. Coffee was good but no regular cream just artificial creamer. I like that it was quiet. Pool was nice.

The breakfast was fruit, muffins and waffles. A hot breakfast would have been preferred to the Continental breakfast.

The rooms was comfortable with the usual amenities in the room and bath. We were in Tombstone for the 30th anniversary and reunion of the actors in the movie TONBSTONE so the movie was shown for those at the hotel.

Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor. TV started with snow. Yes the desk told me how to fix it but why don't they just fix the TV permanently? There were only 3 lights in the room, ceiling by the door and one on both sides of the bed. No light near the easy chair or table or near the TV you have to fix every time you turn it on. No internet info, no TV channel listing, no warning that the room will, evidently, not be serviced during your stay.

Large room and great staff. Breakfast was very good. Location is very good.
