Needs an elevator. Made me wonder what do handicap people do. Husband had back surgery and pacemaker put in very recently so stairs were a challenge.

The included breakfast. The breakfast had very few items. Mainly cereal, yogurt, apples... I travel to Asian countries about 3 times a year and their "Breakfast Included" are wonderful buffets with every kind of breakfast option. I was not expecting that at this hotel, but cereal and an apple?

Room was a good size and I was happy to see a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Tombstone has very few restaurant choices, so those items were welcome.

Being left an envelope for tip. Cleaner wasn't in the room for the duration of my stay so no service provided. Shouldn't expect a tip for doing nothing.

Plentiful parking which can be an issue in Tombstone. Facilities were clean.

Breakfast was incompletely stocked and there was no waffle bar as advertised, it was "out of order". Location was a little far from the historic town core. Pool looked green.

Room was clean and fresh smelling. Beds were comfortable. HVAC worked properly. Easy to park. Property in decent condition and had a nice view of the desert.

Not the cleanest , carpets weren’t vaccumed very well and the bed was hard with tiny baby pillows . The pillow situation should seriously be addressed they are 4 TINY half pillows , sorry but you’re not fooling us into thinking those are 4 pillows . Sitting up in bed to try and watch tv gave me a permanent double chin . Please add more or full sized pillows for full sized adults . The mattress quality and pillows do NOT meet the criteria for a room that cost $160 a night .

The hairdryer in my room was not working. So prepping in the morning was a bit more difficult. I didn't pack a hairdryer because I expected to find a working one. Oh well, stuff happens. I informed the staff about it on the way home and they said they would investigate and probably replace it rather than trying to fix it.

Nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning. They had waffles as the main feature, but there was also hard boiled eggs, cereal, pastery, etc. What they really could use is breakfast meats! There was no bacon, sausage, or ham. They need to add to the menu. How about adding biscuits/gravy, or scrambled eggs. Other hotels have these items. So the breakfast here is kinda limited. Still tasty though. Scenic view of the desert and the hotel is just outside the city of Tombstone which is great when you're ready to go have fun.

Nothing. I had a good overall experience. There were a couple of things that could be improved like the a/c unit wasn't great.

Very nice hotel on the edge of town. Clean and comfortable rooms. No elevator, access to second floor rooms with luggage was a challenge.

Very noisy floors in units above us, even just walking caused a lot of noise.

Breakfast was excellent, hotel is clean, beds were comfortable, onsite parking was good.

Nothing on the hotel its self; I did have to call the morning of check- in because when trying to pulling up directions maps was showing as "Permanently Closed". Reception assured me they ARE open and working to get it fixed.

Location was good, price was good, check in process was fast, reception was kind and personable, and breakfast was decent with a lot of different options.

When I tried to call the hotel, they couldn’t look up my reservation to answer a question for me. I thought that was weird.
