The construction is older and the people above us sounded like they were elephants banging around. We heard every door slam shut. Even when we moved to the top floor, our neighbors sounded like they were in our room. We were excited for the indoor pool and hot tub, but when we went there weren't any towels and the water was thick.

The staff were all great! They were kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything in Santa Fe. The hot breakfast was decent.

In both rooms the bed could have been better, first one was too soft and hurt my back, the second room the bed sank in the middle and we found ourselves crawling out of the hole in the middle of the bed.

We stayed two night in a handicapped accessible room, it had a nice chair with ottoman, third night was in a standard queen room, with no chair and ottoman. The chair with ottoman was nice in the handicapped room. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent!

You could hear everything through the walls. I stayed as a student and it was hard to sleep due to noises.

Shower was dirty. Bed was not as firm as to my preference. My other room had a smell of smoke and did inform Jacob about it.

Breakfast was good. Overall, this holiday in was okay compared to the one in Albuquerque, NM.

I’ve stayed in this location two or three times before. Pre-Covid. Understandably, the property has gone downhill a bit. One bad thing about our particular room was very limited lighting. The room was quite dark.

There was a car show that spiked the price up. We weren't there for that. The hallways were noisy do to the extra people. And the bed was hard and lumpy.

The front desk hostess was welcoming. Breakfast was good and glad we didn't have to go elsewhere. All of the staff greeted us with smiles.

Housekeeping was a little rude and I needed a late check out and they wouldn't let me. I don't understand why my key didn't work on the side doors. I couldn't go smoke without getting locked out.

everything was fine but I found the price to be very high. I'm still not used to the fairly extreme increase in prices that IHG has implemented, and in a place like Alamosa which is not really much of anywhere you don't expect those same high prices, but there it is. COVID appears to have been an excuse for hotel chains to double their prices while providing nothing more, and with fewer and less effective staff. not the fault of this hotel, prices are up like this everywhere across IHG and other chains . if you get a good price then it's a good deal.

clean and comfortable and everything as expected at this chain. predictable experience for a holiday inn express, not better, not worse. breakfast same as always, egg-like product and sausage-like patties.

I don’t know why they charged me so much on day 5! $245 My room never got vacuumed! I have asthma and I we were leaving for the day I asked housekeeper to vacuum and that I needed tp and make up remover! When we got back I never received anything! I had to use tissue paper for tp! Also we had to get new keys every time we went back to room for some reason they did not work!

We were there for 5 days! We got to know the office/food staff quite well! Bed was very comfortable and food was excellent!
