How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Clean! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Size of room was nice. Full size fridge with freezer! Loved the big shower!!! And the breakfast was very good. Staff kept the food stocked and area clean! LOVED OUR STAY! I would stay again.

The breakfast was the weakest part of our stay. There was no ambience, no color, no comfortable feeling….just pre-done food. Coffee was good, however.
The room was excellent, as was the bed and linens. Everything appeared to be very new. Full kitchen, which we didn’t need, but it was there.

Toilet paper was cheap and towels were small. Some were worn.
Breakfast was good, coffee was fair. Coffee could be better.

The room was very spacious and included a well stocked kitchen. We especially liked having a full size refrigerator to keep our drinks and leftovers from dining out in. The room was clean and being a newer property was in great shape. The breakfast was a nice touch, the waffles and breakfast sandwich were both very good.

The location was a bit further from downtown Bentonville than we thought.
One could easily live here. Had all the amenities of home.

Our toilet was clogged when we arrived and desk clerk expected us to walk down and get plunger to handle it ourselves. After some coaxing, she did bring us the plunger, but it was still a DIY fix.
Beds were comfortable, room was spacious with lots of storage and counter space, kitchen was great, breakfast was good.

Bed was a little too firm for me.
I've worked in hotel/casinos in Las Vegas and these rooms were on par with the luxury suites you only hear about. Very nice.

Couldn’t ride to town easily

the only thing I didn’t like was we couldn’t get the tv to change channels it wasn’t a big deal but we could only watch one channel but I wasn’t trying to bug the front desk over a tv lol!
We loved how much space we had in the room ! Had so many mirrors so we could get ready and full size body wash and shampoo and conditioner! The kitchenette was also so cool to see in the room with almost a full size fridge with plates and cups so we could reheat leftovers or even make a small meal!

I am not sure if the hotel switches off the AC, as the rooms tend to get hot during the night. Other than that, no other complaints
It looks like the hotel was recently built and located near some of the major attractions like the Walmart Museum. The room was quite spacious and clean. It has amenities like a full fridge, microwave and coffee machine. They also provide plates, cups and cutlery. Overall, the hotel is well maintained. The customer service at the hotel is also very good and the staff is very friendly too. They also provide a decent breakfast. The hotel can be recommended to anyone who is visiting Eureka Springs which is about 50min away. We had a good experience staying at the hotel.

i didnt like that the pool area had water all over the ground so walking around there was a fall hazard.
I loved the rooms and location. it felt safe.

the breakfast could have been better. But the waffle stuck to the waffle iron even after spraying it. The eggs were not very good at all. I could tell they were I stand the sausage tasted weird. I’ve been to other home2suites and they had amazing breakfast

The front desk staff during the night were not friendly, they seemed like they didn't want to be there, especially the one with black hair. The breakfast was okay, the same thing every day, and the breakfast area wasn't clean,
The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff working in the mornings during breakfast was friendly.
