My restroom had water coming back into shower when someone else is showering. The staff is excellent and I understand things like this happen. Just wished I got a little compensation because my room stinked the whole night when this happened and this happened past 10pm so I rather chose to bear it than call room service.

WiFi barely worked, it was frustrating Elevator didn’t work 1st night when we had all the luggage. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Waffle line was super long, people were coughing on food and wiping nose with hands and grabbing food so we didn’t go back after first morning.

Nice comfortable room, quiet location, staff was friendly. Cleaning staff was exceptional. Kitchen area was nice and worked well.

The elevator had issues. The manager had to reset it twice but adventially got it up and running. My sofa had some rips. It needs to be remodeled, so I think the price was a little high.

The staff was very nice & made sure our accommodations were met. The breakfast was good, and the person over it made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really nice to have. Was clean and had everything you needed. I will go back.

The ease of getting to it. Not everyone used the same elevator. They are dog friendly, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and the room had plenty of space.

When I called to confirm a few days before our stay, I had great difficulty understanding the desk clerk. If it makes a difference to you, be aware that no masks were seen at breakfast with a full buffet. Showing a little wear…baseboards, wallpaper in bathrooms…little details.

Clean, quiet, safe area. Suite was comfortable. One of our TVs didn’t work and the staff fixed it quickly.

They canceled my reservation and keep all the money from my booking. Very unethical people to deal with.

The manager name Cris cancel my reservation the day of my stay and promise a full refund, which was never processed and stole my money! And they lied about it

They told me there was a leak in the 2 bed suite and they will give me a free 1 king size bed and that they will refund the full amount of the reservation. Which they never did. I really my fault because I didn’t look to see if they allowed pets. I have stayed here a couple times before and had great experiences. Now with the pets I looked at 3 rooms all In which the couches were stained and shredding. Room was very clean but those couches I found have never sat on. I will say the hotel staff took great care of me and the location is safe. Not an animal lover.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality vs the price. the room smelled like cigarettes and weed. the elevators are in weird locations and it requires a lot of walking, especially with broken doors. The furniture was ripped, the plate on the ceiling fan wouldn’t stay on, the bathroom had cigarette burns on the shelf and counter. There is no public ice machine, they can’t lend basketballs because they were stolen, there are no mouses for public computers, evidently they were stolen also. overall it was not a very pleasant stay for the price. I couldn’t gotten a much nicer hotel for what this one cost.

When i first walked in to check-in around 11pm, the attendant in the front greeted me by saying "What's up?". This was not professional at all. There were a few stains on the on the sheet and the part under the mattress were you can see from the side of the bed.

The breakfast was really good! I also liked the room with the double bed and pull out couch and how a door divided the two.
