Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesUnfortunately, the air conditioner unit and the dishwasher in the room is very loud. If you are a light sleeper, you will stay awake the whole night if you put them on at night. The noise can be unbearable at night if you put them on before going to bed.
This hotel is located about 15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe and about 1 hour 10 minutes from Albuquerque. A good hotel to stay if you are planning to visit downtown Santa Fe and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Santa Fe. If you are planning to visit the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, this hotel can be one of the options if you do not mind the drive. It is located in the Hilton Resort and in a very quiet area. The rooms are located in different budlings and away from the main building where the reception is at. They provide a good very good breakfast with a decent selection of food. The rooms are quite spacious and has a mini kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a small table next to the kitchen where you can site and eat. The bathroom is quite spacious and is very clean. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The location of the building where the rooms are very quiet. This is a resort style hotel, but with three-star pricing. Overall excellent hotel to stay at.

United StatesWe loved everything!
The front desk gal was so welcoming, greeting me with a friendly and contagious smile. The relaxed ambience of the hotel was refreshing. The sunset and sunrise were breathtaking. It was a pleasant stay in the casita. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. We will definitely be returning.

United StatesThe price was more than rooms in the past. The gift we were given as Hilton honors members was cheesy, waters are free throughout the casino and hotel and that's what our perk was, 2 small bottles of water.
The staff was amazing, cleanliness was great as well. Check ideas very efficient.

United StatesThe rooms were slightly old and felt like they could use a little freshening up. The entry door to the building where our room was broke and we were stuck outside in the cold for a bit.
This location overall was great. I had a few minor issues but nothing too concerning. The door to the building broke and had to be propped open for entry. The breakfast was great, they kept it clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

United StatesThe rooms were slightly smaller than another suite hotel we stayed at during this vacation. The living room needed more space. They needed some pillows on the couch for back support! The restaurants in the casino hotel on the campus were not open during Covid. That was troublesome since this hotel is well outside of Santa Fe. But we had all we needed to cook.
The breakfast was good, offering both hot and cold foods every day. Any day we could have eggs, meat, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt, or oatmeal. They offered topings for the oatmeal and didn't object to us walking out with food. They also offered all pots and pans and utensils needed to cook (and there is a supermarket just up the road). They don't clean every day unless you specifically ask for it, but when we asked for supplies they brought them immediately. The employees were very courteous and helpful, and cheerful too (which is not always the case in other hotels!)
