We found a cockroach in the bathroom one morning. I guess be really mindful of leaving your stuff in the ground.

2 bedrooms both with ensuites, perfect for families! The washer and dryer was so nice to have, especially with kids! We got a little view of the ocean from our room (we didn't book an ocean view). Hot tub was nice and the pool wasn't crowded. Also enjoyed the complementary lei class.

Value for money a little bit over priced in my opinion. It is dated but they are renovating as i write this.

Top location, close to Ka’anapali beach, shopping, best cinnamon rolls on earth (Papi‘s Ohana). Kitchen had everything, pool with hottub and gas BBQ grills open till 10pm, comfortable beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Quick and easy check-in/out. Very nice receptionist. Affordable prices, highly recommend this place.

I didn’t like paying an extra 345 dollars at check in. I wish there was air conditioning or a standing fan at the very least. The screen door was not working, the smoke alarm kept chirping and the one unit had no ice maker

No air-conditioning. The small bedroom window opened up to the outside walkway, so wasn't an option to have open at night. The fan in this room was very loud and it was still very hot, so had to keep door open to the living area where the sliding glass doors to the lanai could be opened. The master shower smelled mildewy but looked clean.

Lovely condo, nice lanai/balcony (4th floor), beautiful views of the ocean, good location for exploring the area, close to some great affordable restaurants and lovely parks. The master bedroom has large window that could be opened to let in the cool evening breeze. The master bed was very comfortable.

The unit was out dated, no air conditioning, blinds in 2nd bedroom didn't cover window so you were exposed to people walking by. Needed more electrical outlet's by beds for electronics. Most important you should make it known NO AIR CONDITIONING. Furniture needed to replaced. No TV in 2nd bedroom and only a 20 inch tiny TV in master bedroom. Twin beds in secod room. No screened in patio so you couldn't open doors for air. We are timeshare owners and know what units should be like. Nothing in area.

No AC and no direct beach access. It was hard to sleep with the heat and leaving all the windows and doors open left us hearing everything around us. The sprinklers went off 3x during the night and early morning hours, as an example and it was loud.

The location was good to access many beaches, food trucks, gyms and restaurants. Large rooms. Clean. Fully appointed kitchen.

We had to drive to the beach, which is fine but would have been better to have a smaller room on the beach itself. That said the view from pool area was incredible.

The suite itself was amazing! So spacious and fully stocked with everything we could have asked for.

I have stayed many times here. The one disappointing thing to me is that you cannot sit out and watch the ocean now because the gate is locked until nine. Should be someway to open up the lawn area to do that and shut off the pool area if necessary.

There wasn't an extra bedsheet for the sofa bed - I had to pull it off the twin bed in one of the rooms.

I love how close our room was to our car, parking was easy and free, the patio led straight to the pool, how easy it was to get the keys (although it would have been good to know ahead of time that that was going to be the process - to call and that the office would be closed), and the convenience of feeling like you were in your own home.

We didn't know when we booked it that there was no air conditioning and no service like clean towels etc. (They had a washer & dryer in the room).

It was a nice location. Rooms were fine. We booked Hona Koa because we could sleep 5 people. Pool & hot tub was nice. The view of the turtles and whales were amazing!
