Because they have kitchenette’s there are a lot of food smells. Our room smelled like old cooking oil. The hallway smelled due to someone cooking cabbage. We traveled 2 hours for our daughters graduation. The description said that there was a hair dryer so I didn’t bring mine. NO HAIRDRYER. Asked at desk… she didn’t even look or get out of her chair. Told me that they did not have any. Next day at checkout another lady asked how was our stay. I said I was disappointed with no hairdryer. She said.. we have hairdryers. Not happy about that. I forgot my phone charger. Will never see that again. Bummed. Don’t get excited about breakfast. It is basically packaged muffins and coffee.

Only one bed side table in king room. Upon arrival I was told there weren't any kitchen supplies available. 😕 I had planned on cooking meals but had to eat fast food and vending machine food. They charged to just pick up the phone even if you didn't dial out. Vending machine prices were extremely expensive. Guests were in hallways at all hours on phones and playing music. I didn't feel safe leaving my room at night. There was little lighting in the room too. I had to wait for a hairdryer to become available to get one for my room too. They must have a problem with guests taking things that aren't theirs. Which affects the paying guests.

The room was big. Plenty of space. The bed was comfortable.

Some minor damage on inside room door. The stove top had black soot built up that came off from just lightly touching with a cleaning towel. I'm not sure what can be done about it.

The location fit my needs, the bed was good and comfortable, the room was reasonably clean and check in and out was simple.

Insure that rooms that are booked is actually available and cleaned

Staff member Blair went out of her way to accommodate us.when I arrived the king size room was not clean. And we was placed in a Small queen room. After talking to Blair she put us in a king deluxe which was much better then the small Queen

The morning staff was very rude. She called multiple times and came to the door, yelling, "I need yall out now." Yes, checkout was at 11, but we were trying to get all of our groceries and belongings together as I explained to her the first time she called. She did all of this by 11:30am. I haven't ever experienced anything like this before.

The night staff was really nice and accommodating. After having to move rooms due to the first one not being properly cleaned, the room was huge and clean.

The staff was lazy, there wasn’t breakfast as advertised, and last but not least the stairways smelled like cigarettes.

Our friend was on the 3rd floor. Room stank of marijuana. We had been told if anyone smoked in the room there was sizable fine! $250. Also banned at all sites! Obviously not! Very disappointed!

How the staff seemed annoyed that we were there. How dingy the room was and the fact that a drawer was broken. Also, the air conditioner wasn't working very well.

The fact that it was right across the street from Dave and Buster's. Also that there's a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

No breakfast really, just granola bars. The room was very stinky when we arrived, smelled of mold.

Frig was disgusting, Tv kept going out, bit by something! The smell thru out room was terrible had to buy air freshener. The TV remote and floor was very greasy. Terrible security the door prompt open all nite

Our check in was perfect. The problem was when we checked out, the in charge didn’t let my 6 year old daughter to use a rest room. Neither she gave the key back to a room so my daughter could use the restroom, I was totally surprised to the unwillingness of the check out stuff. And sad to say, I reserved THREE (3) rooms together.

after the police left and the computer finally started working we got a room that was dated and worn out. Their idea of breakfast was a muffin , granola bars instant oatmeal, and coffee.

Room wasn't ready when we checked in after 5 pm. Friends came up Sat. With reservation but were turned away stating no rooms. As we're other who ended up joining them down the street at Holiday Inn.

The room smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in it and they tried to cover it up. The smoke detector had been removed. The sheets, especially the pillow cases did not look clean.

I had to stay due to a power outage. The price was similar to other places in Grand Rapids, but I chose this one because it also had a kitchen so I could keep my food cold.

Rooms need updating, kitchen had no supplies (utensils, coffee maker, etc), only had one half roll of toilet paper, amenities were sparse, room was not as clean as it could be (not awful, but not really clean either), bed was not very comfortable, no coffee or tea available, generally did not feel overly welcoming. Some guests were smoking in their rooms and I could smell it the moment I stepped off the elevator.

The room was quite large which was nice since I had my 2 dogs with me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was abundant. I liked having a kitchen with a full fridge. The air conditioning worked very well, there was a large window in the living area which was very nice.

Room had nests, it smelled bad and the rooms were dirty. Had to buy more sheets because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping underneath the sheets that was provided.
