The property is rundown. The activity at the property seems like there are underground activities going on - half dressed women, people in running cars for hours, people walking out of bushes, and from behind trucks. We were given dirty towels and got attitude when asking for them even though they knew at 12:45pm, when we came to pay and get keys and go back out that there were no towels. Why are we asking for them at 4 pm? The employees having a loud discussion at breakfast was unpleasant. The attendant at breakfast walked up on a lady getting cereal for her kids so rudely. She had several cups true, but the way he asked her if she had that many kids? No, sir! It is better to post signs and advise people, but attacking a person like he did was so uncomfortable. There was no meat for breakfast. The elevator got stuck once, and it is the only one. It was a very dirty elevator and smelled. The remote to the TV was not programmed to use it. The light in the bathroom turned into a darn strobe light just flickering on and off. The carpet was grimy and dirty. There was a fingernail on the sheets. There is no clock in the room. The ironing board cover and curtains were extremely dirty. The desk had cigarette burns in it. It wasn't what I expected at all. Super thin walls, you can hear everything. Kids running up and down the hall at night and screaming. They have cameras, so I'm not sure why they didn't address that with the parents. The front desk staff was OK, and the location was near a major through street, so you could head to where you were going quickly. There was a good mix of restaurants nearby. There is no security, but there are lots of expensive cars out in the lot, and that's why it seems like this is a known spot for underground services cause the property is not upscale. This is an economy location. It was a disappointing stay, but at the price range, I can't ask for Hyatt quality.

The place overall wasn't clean, only 1 ice machine in hotel. Switch for the jacuzzi was far from the tub.

Breakfast was ok- waffles, cereal, toast, bed was very comfy, ac worked great. Staff was very nice. Room was very big, the jacuzzi tub was nice. Good location.

The carpet in the bedroom was soaked (im not kidding, i used a towel to soak up water) all week. A/C condensation just pouring into the room so it smelt musty. I asked the staff to have a look but they did not. The neighbors with their kids were up till 2am running in the room next door and then playing in the bath, with toys. It was real hard to sleep on the last evening People smoke in the hallways and it smells like weed in the staircase and hallways The common parts/staircase and hallways were filthy at time even with cigarette butts on the floor

Couldn’t find the drive at first to get there. The breakfast was sad. waffles, cereal, and toast. not much of a variety or selection. I’ve stayed at the same type of hotel in other places and they had sausage, eggs, and a better selection

It was in a very convenient location. Easy to get in and out of once you knew how to.

Foul odor wasn't caused by me or anyone staying with us. Someone has been spraying mace that lingers and is very uncomfortable, burning, itching, burning eyes and throat. Causes chemical burns in nose throat mouth palms bottoms of feet. Causes cancers and stoke, heart attack, attacks kidneys liver most major organs. These people have been stalking and harassing us for many years. Celina staff member was stealing my mail. Took IRS documents social security documents and hacked into anything in our area. We'd like to come back. These people also caused us be evicted from Budget Suites for confronting her. We're at another place that doesn't seem family friendly. I will pay pet fees and I can have detective caravella or detective Miller to let you know when this started. I apologize for any inconveniences we caused anyone but it really fit our needs. Financially more family friendly and we appreciate you hosting our family. Thank you.

The room window did not lock, the screen was missing, there was no lighting, and the room backed up to an open field. Lack of property maintenance and cleanliness.

Breakfast wasn't what I usually see, it was just above bare minimum effort. There's a weird smell to the whole place but I guess it's from age? The place looks alot better in the photos.

It was an o.k. place to stay while we visit Dallas. Not bad for the price.

It needs maintenance. They should make sure guests respect night time as there were too many loud noises from people. Also, they should consider making an pet free area for guests who are allergic to animals.

The facility itself was dirty. The carpets were full of debri throughout the whole place. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The room itself appeared nice at first but once I was in there putting stuff away looking around the vents, walls and curtains had dust, gunk and stains. It seemed like the cleaning of the room was surface rather than deep cleaning. I was super bummed their gym facilities were closed. On the website it says open which was one of my reasons for staying there.

Our room had a very bad odor advised the front desk they told me to wait until housekeeping came the following morning.. The next day woke up the smell was still horrible and the carpet was soaking wet, front desk told me that I had to wait til 12 pm to change rooms. 12 went by still didn’t hear anything. Went back down to the front desk they said they tried calling but could not get an answer so I guess the phones in rooms don’t work either. Our stay was horrible the sheets were dirty and the guy that works in the kitchen is very rude, and needs to learn customer service experience and how to talk and treat guest.
