the bathroom door wouldn’t close without resulting in the door being stuck. there wasn’t a toilet paper holder. the entertainment center didn’t have any drawer pulls, just a plastic loop on one of the holes. there were used mattresses stacked up outside our window and remodeling debris and trash right outside our door. the floor was dirty and made my feet black.

I found hair throughout the room and bathroom, rusty shower heads, mildew on caulking around the bathtub, used toilet paper on dispenser, the cable television, and no tissue in the tissue holder in the bathroom.

Staff wasn't friendly. Key to room didn't work. I complained and the attendant seemed like it was my fault and had an attitude 😒. The bathroom floor was not the best. Filthy behind the door.

It was loud outside my door and there was no iron and not enough washcloths or service at the front to get more washcloth and one of the towels was dirty

There was no heat and it was the coldest night yet in November! Couldn't change rooms cuz were all booked. Slept in full clothes to stay warm. Had a king-size bed but only had 3 throw pillows size pillows instead of normal size pillows for a large bed. Small throw pillows!

The towels had stains, asked for replacements and was given one towel. Checkin was at 3 but room wasn’t ready so they gave us a different room and that seemed to be unfinished as well. There were stains on bedding so probably not washed either. Spiders in room and dead bugs in corners. I took pictures. We were exhausted by the time we got back to hotel after our event that we had no choice but stay there. We definitely will not be back to this location.

Although the bedding had stains the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Rented two rooms. Fridge didn’t work in one room. Cigarette burn hole with ash stains all over bed sheet on bed of second room. Got up for the advertised free breakfast and told there wasn’t one anymore. I don’t usually rate anything but this was definitely a not good stay.

A lot of the channels you couldnt get. The sink was stopped up; you couldnt shave or do any grooming you needed to do because the sink wouldnt drain. They had to have known this a head of time but rent it out anyway. I couldn't figure out how to cut the shower on or if it even worked. This was frustrating to me you couldnt get cleaned up.

I didnt eat the breakfast only because i like hot breakfast. im sure it was ok.

This property is triffiling as hell, was woken up to a bed bug biting my arm at 7 something in the morning, I got up got dressed and left. I bought it to attention of the lady at the front desk who was rude and had the audacity to say I went to my vehicle and bought the bedbug back with me. So not only was she calling me a liar and threatening to call the cops but now she's calling me dirty basically insinuating that I just walk around with bedbugs to use. She gave me back my deposit which I was gettin back anyway and only gave me back $20 out $72 that I paid for the room saying that was my partial refund ain't nothing partial about $20 out $72. Then had the nerve to tell me to never come back to her establishment because she doesn't like my kind ( I'm african American)I felt highly disrespected and she very lucky I took the high road instead of dragging her to hell, so hopefully this review is enough. DO NOT USE THIS DIRTY RACIST HOTEL ‼ AND I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT ‼

The towels had stains. The sheets had stains. The pillows had stains. It stated free breakfast and they told me they had no breakfast. I ask for clean towels and was told they can’t give me any till the next day. I want a refund!

Nothing other than it being close to the highway. Thank God I only booked for 1 night. I want a refund!

The cleanliness was awful. Hair on toilet... the toilet paper from the last people were there, mirror all dirty, bath tub had dirt in it and was just everall nasty. Toilet bowl wasn’t clean.. there was no pool like they promised
