Beds need updating to queen size. The rooms can fit them and guests would greatly appreciate that. It’s common in Williamsburg, unfortunately. Full size is just too small for two guests. They advertise breakfast included but it was very sparse. Not what im used to at Days Inn but Golden Corral and Cracker Barrel are directly across the street.

The location was perfect and near every amenity a hotel guest would need. Parking was spread out so you never had to walk far to get to your room. My room was clean upon arrival. Couldn’t hear any outside noise after 9 pm. The area gets pretty quiet at night.

First room assigned we had to move out of due the cigarette smell. The second room was a bit better. Tiny coffee maker but no coffee. Ice bucket but no ice (machine far away, got there and wasn't working). Breakfast was very disappointing. Only coffee, banana and a wrapped honeybun. (the milk for the coffee was out of date).

The cost was reasonable.

The overall appearance and outdated rooms. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the HVAC was terrible and worked when it wanted to.

The receptionist was great and the hotel is in a convenient location. The price was also fair.

Was unable to check in without contacting Booking.com. The lobby was locked, and the employee did not answer the phone or the doorbell after several attempts. It took about 20 minutes and contacting customer service to get into the property.

Rooms very good value for the price. For the price of the hotel the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was MIA and unprofessional. Leaks in the faucet upon arrival. Slack on towels and Noone in office to accommodate. Shower had mold and the fraying carpet had tacks or nails sticking up.

The whole place smelled like marijuana, although doesn’t really bother me, but it was overwhelming in the room, and I had my 14 yr old daughter with me. Also the air conditioner was very noisy and needs servicing and bathroom wasn’t clean, poor maintenance, floor was dirty.

The room was comfy but the beds were not comfortable. The pillows were very flat.There was no toothpaste;I mean the usual essentials you have in a hotel room. Even the room we had at Wildwood NJ was better. We were told there would be complimentary breakfast. Really, all that was there were bananas and bite sized cinnamon rolls.I think that with the type of environment they are in with "lots" of hotels and inns around them they need to do better.

The accommodation was ok, for the price. It wasn't exactly what I had expected but it was too late to change so we made do with it. I don't think though that I will be Staying at the days inn and suites in the future.

Cleanliness of the room. The sleeper sofa in my room was disgusting (see attached photos) and was needed to accommodate my family of 5. This resulted in one of my children sleeping on a pallet of pillows.

The location was convenient to many shops and restaurants.

the night staff couldn't understand me. I find that if they will be having workers that don't speak same language as most then there needs to be more than one. Also find it weird that I put how many is staying with me and yet I didn't have enough towels and no wash rags.

The room was not how it appears on the website, stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Sofa Bed. OMG!!! the couch was as old as hell stains and a slight odor, the sheets that was left on the bed hadn't been changed for some time. Our stay was for five days, no one came to freshen up the room, had to go to the front desk for toilet paper, clean sheets for the sofa bed and fresh towels during our stay. Continental breakfast was some bananas, cereal and gallon of milk

Checking in was a breeze the front desk staff was awesome!!! The beds are very comfortable and the pool was nice as well.

We were not made aware of breakfast. We did not receive any room services, no clean towels or anything. The room had a hole in the wall and carpet separated from the wall.

The location was good for my visit. I lived the fact I was on the first floor.
