I had issues with the shower not working properly at first, but then it did. The toilet was running all the time. Other people staying at the hotel were very loud until midnight. Had to get batteries for the tv remote at the front desk.

The condition of the furniture, the cracked tiles in bathroom, the scratched up interior doors (like an animal had been scratching and chewing on inside of doors), the bathroom door opening directly into the toilet, the bathroom window had to be propped open for venting, the sink had no plug and got plugged up (we had to ask for a plunger to unclog the sink), and 2 nights I had to go to office to have room key reactivated. 1 trash can for the room, the open vanity area (no door, no privacy), dirty carpeting and window curtains. Small dorm fridge sat direct on carpeted floor. Microwave, mini coffee maker all on end of sink counter in the bathroom vanity area. There were cigarette butts on ground outside our door and an ashtray sitting on the edge of planter box; facility was supposed to be non smoking. And no breakfast of any kind (my booking said breakfast included) Overall the place was run down and in need of upgrades. Overpriced for quality given. I took pictures of room and furniture but could only attach 2 pictures.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating when we could not get the handicap room. They helped us unload our cars, they installed grab bars in the tub, and provided a handicap toilet seat complete with railings.

Website showing pool is clean and open”totally opposite from online”. Websites said breakfast is serve. “Totally opposites. TV quality is like in the 80s, remote control don’t have batteries.

Pool and spa not open for use. Plugs in tub and sink missing. Breakfast was included in reservation, but this hotel does not serve breakfast. They stopped during pandemic and have not resumed. Why hasn't the owner and/or Booking.com updated the website. This is second stay in a row thru booking that has been a disappointment

inside the rooms the carpet was old and gross. Afraid to walk around without socks on. Room 111 Shower was NOT WARM at all. No hot water in shower, but sink had hot water. Water drain didn’t drain well and sent water out into the bathroom area under the door. The window in the bar was totally sketchy as it did not close well. It opened very easily, and probably somebody could come in quite easily through window. Also you advertise that there is a breakfast included but there is NOT!! Only coffee!! Really shouldn’t have paid more than $65 for one night! We paid $129!Quality Inn is more like No Quality!!!! Gross! We will find a different place to stay when we come to Cameron Park to do Jewelry Making Classes!! Would have paid more if the place was worth it! No wonder this place gets a 2⭐️!

Online description of property facilities did not match the actual facilities at all. None of the rooms had a washer. No breakfast service. Rooms were only cleaned upon request.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for ease of travel and plenty of places within walking distance to eat.

There was no breakfast which was supposed to be included in my rate. Very disappointing that booking.com advertises the breakfast without checking with the facility. It should have been discounted because of that error. I paid for 4 breakfasts for 2 nights and didn’t receive anything.

I chose this place for location, price, breakfast, and the pool. There was no breakfast and the pool was closed, so that was disappointing. When I asked why, I was told because of Covid but we're in August of 2022 now and these options need to be removed from description if they're permanently not available. Also, we stayed 2 nights and I put up privacy request for 2nd day but someone still came in to straighten up when we were gone. This might've been a courtesy, but it feels more like an excuse to poke around while we were out.

Very conveniently located off the Highway and close to multiple food options.

Did not know there was an additional $50.00 deposit, which they have not given back as there was nothing wrong with room when we left. Stains on bed cover and walls.

I was super disappointed because booking said there was a breakfast and there wasn’t. The hotel said the have not provided one the last few years. The hot tub and pool were not in use either. Was really wanting the hot tub. Super disappointed.
