Being woken up by a guest with multiple dogs barking at around 6am. I never would have paid as much as I did for this room if I didn't need to stay overnight for my daughter's commencement. Too expensive.

Room temp control, breakfast

Room was quite dark, seemed clean. Air conditioner did not allow us to change temperature, stuck on 70 degrees and very noisy. Breakfast ok, except out of bagels, attendant didn’t speak English which was very frustrating, she kept walking back to the front desk to talk to another employee.

A bit noisy by highway 101.

Such a nice property. Carpeted room, places to sit, quiet heater, excellent breakfast. Heated indoor pool. Water bottles in the room as a gift. Double vanity.

Disability shower need a better slower curtain, for lots of water leaked out on to the bathroom floor.The

Facility was clean but a little run down. Bed and bedding was good. Free breakfast is always a good thing.

Pool was in a different building and there was no hot tub with the pool. Exercise room was far and needed a key each time.

Rooms really need a whole lot more maintenance. Repairs have either not been done or have been done sloppily. Greater attention to detail would make a big difference. Also the rooms weren’t as clean as I would have liked. I would give their cleanliness a B minus. I much prefer something in the A range.

Staff was friendly and helpful! They were the high point of our stay. The breakfast was unspectacular at best. Items were not restocked quickly, if at all.

Hot breakfast was small in selection but definitely yummy .. staff was very helpful and friendly.. hospitality offered by one member in particular was beyond exceptional and I can't thank him (Levi) enough for all his help and info. The beds were clean and comfortable the hotel was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying there again

Everything was good!!

The lobby was beautifully decorated. The front desk manager was exceptional...we received such a warm and customer focussed greeting. On our long road trip, after many hotels, we were quite surprised to get welcome cookies from him for the first time. We had a lovely dinner with very large portions at the delicious Asian fusion restaurant one block away and recived a 10% discount as we were guests of the Clarion. The hotel is located very close to the bridge leading to Samoa Beach....so spectacular. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with.a good selection in a lovely dining area. The parking was in a secure lot. We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious and clean room .and the double sinks in the bathroom. What a great experience!!

It’s dated and some things are worn. It’s not too far of a drive from the restaurants and shops but if you want to walk it’s about 25 minutes. The fitness room should just be closed. Everything in there is old or not working.

Clean facilities, great staff, fair price. Secured parking lot and full hot breakfast.

the pool wasn’t as warm as I would have liked and there were tons of people in the pool (not the property’s fault) but the pool also had black flakes of something floating around.

I liked the location, close to everything we wanted to see/do nothing was longer than a 20 minute drive away. the bed was very comfortable, warm cozy bedding. everything was clean. It’s smaller than the photos make it look but that’s normal with hotel rooms. The rooms are set up like an apartment (only a few in the main building had inside entrance doors to their rooms). The breakfast was good, plenty of good food. The waffles tasted weird to me tho. Heat + A/C worked good.
