Too much air freshener in the rooms. Very uncomfortable for my allergies

One of the beds had hair on the sheets when we checked in. The toilet seat was dirty or stained so we had to put toilet paper down to use it. The sinks hot water had to be turned off just right or it would keep running bc it didn't stop either way you turned it

The staff was very friendly and nice. They remembered my face and asked about my daughter when she didn't come down for breakfast

I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping walked into the room without knocking and before checkout time and still stood there for a moment after knowing we were still there. I’m glad nothing was happening at the time 😳

Bad experience trying to get some drinks. The soda machine only takes dollar bills, though at one time it apparently also accepted cards. The apparatus for taking cards had been removed. They have an ATM in the lobby, so i took out some money, but when i asked at the front desk if they could change a twenty, i was told they do not keep cash on hand. So i had to leave the hotel and drive to Walmart to get drinks for us at 8PM. If you think you’ll want drinks, better bring one dollar bills. Machine wont accept any other denomination.

We didn't take time for breakfast since we needed to be somewhere. The beds were comfortable, but they kept slipping since the base they were on caused them to slide easily. Maybe some anti skid strips would help. The room was very quiet and everything looked fairly new. The shower was amazing.n

Bed so close to exterior wall had to crawl to the end or climb over air conditioner to get up. Broken hair dryer and they knew it, no substitute

The room didn't have any bedding for the sofa bed or other extras, but the staff was very nice when we asked for what we needed.

Toilet moved up and down every time you sat on it and made a loud noise, 2 big dried, old urine stains on both sides of the floor around it, obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The bathroom door stuck if you closed it and you had to kick it with your foot to get out.

The air conditioner

Our air conditioner never really worked until we was put into a different room because the power went out.

The attention to detail was not great. Although new in the room, the toilet bowl was extremely loose and leaking from the bottom and they did not have a maintenance person on for the weekend. Additionally I booked my room 3 weeks in advance and when I got there they told me they may not have a room for me because they were overbooked in the system. After some pleading that they were able to find me a room but that seems sketchy given that I had a reservation.

The location was great and the hotel and breakfast were nice.

The beds could have been bigger. I didn't notice when I booked if they said double or queen but they seemed like a double bed. We did have enough room but a little more wiggle room couldn't hurt.

Staff was great. Jasmin at the front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was one of the best ones I've seen in a long time. The pool was perfect. The location was perfect, plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. Also felt very safe.

Toilet was not properly attached to the floor and every time we used it, it lifted up some and it was super wobbly also the mattresses kept slipping off the platform frame as they are not secured

Toiletries seat rocked. Reserved king size bed but none available, double beds was very small.

Nice breakfast and cookies at the front desk was a nice touch. Friendly staff.
