Walls were a little thin. Disrespectful neighbors were slamming doors and yelling. Not your fault. Thicker or more insulated walls would help.

Location. Awesome property right on the river. Scenic. Lots of amenities on site. Restaurant, Bar, etc.

I stayed in the tower on the 9th floor, the rooms a old - nothing modern, but adequate. The bed was hard as a rock. The AC vibrated the bed.

Location was good. The out door walking path and wooden bridge is beautiful. The deck bar, food was good. I liked the fact that they had a restaurant.

I purchased the Monday value and was not able to get a free pizza and and drinks because they said I checked out already. I thought that was wrong. It was past the check in time but we stayed in the premises to seton and told we couldn’t use the the food voucher.

The privacy and the environment of the woods. We got to feed the swans as well. My 3 yr old loves the experience.

The noise. Very loud music so we couldn’t sleep at all Venue has entertainment rooms and no sound proofing - so if you’re there for dinner and then to sleep - it’s not a good choice unless you’re away from the music rooms Other than that it was clean and staff helpful

As previously mentioned, we were not initially happy with the first room - which really was our fault in that the rate sounded good. Overall the facility is very nice and clean, but a bit outdated. The dining area is quite a distance from the rooms but the walk was fine. The food in the dining area (breakfast) was ok however, the potatoes were awful. Floating in oil... not very appetizing. Hopefully, the chef will make note.

Upon checking in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were not happy with our room particularly with the mattress on the bed. When we went to the front desk we were told that this was the least expensive room. My wife booked online and we were unaware of that fact. The gal at the front desk ( I believe her name is Adriana ?) was most helpful and was able to upgrade our room much to our satisfaction. This did make a difference with regards to our opinion of the facility. This room was more spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The entire staff including the dining area were very accomodating. Very friendly and very helpful with regards to our stay and suggestions regarding area attractions.

Advertising photo was deceiving. I thought we'd see the stream from our room. Our room overlooked a car dealership and busy, noisy highway. Room was tiny and outdated . Power strip. No USB ports etc. I would have given a bad review had I not found the opposite side of the facility at breakfast. The mountain stream redeemed all the bad I was going to say.

Everything was amazing, the price-quality ratio was just right. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed - this hotel had it all! As a bonus we were really glad to find that there is a laundry room present.

Outdoor Pool was disgusting! Indoor pool had no towels and no ventilation. It was hot muggy and smelled horrible with strong chlorine.

Check in was smooth and the room was so clean! Hibachi was delish!

The bed was too hard for my liking but everything else made up for it.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful - from Alexa at the front desk, to John our shuttle driver. The on premise Shogun restaurant was such a great time and the food was BEYOND delicious! We will definitely be coming back again to visit soon!

The bathroom was very small and no place to put toiletries. Our bathroom had soap but did not have shampoo. Luckily, we do carry our own. There was no luggage rack in the bedroom or closet to put your suitcase on. I requested a receipt when we were leaving. I was told it would be emailed to me. Still have not received it.

The property was beautiful & well kept. The facilities were very clean. Loved that we got a complimentary breakfast-highlight of my day! Very happy with our stay for the price.

The prices have gone crazy!! I have stayed there quite frequently in the past two years, and they’ve gone out of control for drinks. The deck bar is gorgeous, but last week, I was the only patron. That is sad to see.

I loved the outside area. Its been so hot, I really enjoyed having the chance to stay outside on the deck overlooking the river. The place was very clean. I had a great room on the 9th floor with an excellent view.

I called 5x for towels for indoor pool and 2x for the out door pool. No towels were ever brought and when I called the front desk i was told that people walk away with the towels.

I would have enjoyed my stay with no complaints if my bed was more comfortable.It was old and needed to be replaced. Also my key card kept deactivating. Over all my stay was awesome the staff made up for needed updates.

I loved the staff, convenience and the scenery. Alexa and Katie were extraordinary, both of these young ladies went out of the way to accommodate. Great customer service. My nail tech Kendra at Thallo was great she did a wonderful job.Kendra was so friendly as was everyone in the salon. Both nail techs laughed and talked with another client and myself. I felt so comfortable and a breath of fresh air from them both. I almost never leave reviews. I had to write a review the staff deserves kudos!

Could use one chair other than the desk chair for watching TV

I would say upgrade parts of the outside of the building. Some areas looked a little weathered.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was very friendly and profeesional and very knowledgeable about the hotel and what it had to offer. My favorite part was the deck bar, bcause the scenery was amazing.

The room was smaller than I expected, I reserved one with balcony, but instead they gave me one at the building, it wasn't bad because it was at the 8 floor, the elevator worked well. We didn't like the indoor pool because it smelled a lot of chlorine and the pool looked dirty. The outdoor pool wasn't well clean either, but we enjoyed it a lot because we could swim and dive into the pool. We really had fun.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they also had all the facilities they we needed at the moment. We loved the restaurant, food was excellent, and I personally loved the view of the river. We could relax end disconnect ourselves from our stressful live. Prices from the restaurant and bar were accessible and fair, there was a really good service, even bartenders and waiters were friendly. I loved that they allowed pets and there were areas to walking around with them. The service in general was excellent.
