Fitness area lacked many items advertised. Parking lot was concerning at night. Several cars of Non-guests parked overnight with sketchy activities. Kids playing in hallways unattended.

The room had an awful smell. Plugs didn't work in bathroom. Beds were small and uncomfortable. No dishes or silverware in room- that costs extra

The price was reasonable. The location was great. Parking close to main door was nice.

The screaming and yelling going on when we arrived. Couldn't take a bath there is no stopper for the bathtub.

The room served its purpose but couldn't find parking and was never informed there was breakfast there. I have handicap parking permit and couldn't find any of it.

The side of the refrigerator was completely dirty. My room door wasn't safe. I can open the door without my key. I'm glad I could lock it from in my room. Also one of the lights wasn't working. I usually stay here with no issues but this time was different.

Love the location. Staff is nice. Also when my TV wasn't working, they came and fixed it right away.

Upon arrival the microwave did not work no remote was available in the room. However the attendant responded to our request speedily.

so I had to switch my first room 304 because there was a jake hammer sound every 20 mins. I switched my room, to 102. it smelled a bit like they were trying to take out previous smoker smell. The hot water in the shower was not that hot. The door latch lock was hard to close., There was not cold water in the vending machines, they were down. There was very little to eat for breakfast, really not a breakfast, not even any fruit was there. just coffee and oatmeal.

It was clean.

The hair dryer in my room did not work. I called down to report it and I was told by a woman named Emm this was Friday night July 15th at 10 p.m. that there was no other hair dryers available in the whole building. She had an abrupt attitude on the phone and did not seem to care. I believe she just did not want to look for another one for me. I spent $464 for a 2 night stay at least I could have got a working hair dryer.

Check in and check out person were very nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay could have had more to choose from.

There was a smell of food in the hallway. It was over-empowering smell. Also, the staff was doing laundry behind the counter where guests registered - the front desk lobby. It was not a good ambience when 1st time guest from another city or state comes in to register. Moreover, I asked for wake up call at 6am from the front desk and I didn't get one. Furthermore, while I was looking for breakfast, there were paper bags of food on top of the table opposite the table for coffee and some snacks. Since there were there, I thought that it was for the guests. The front desk staff was rude saying that that that's for another meeting. I didn't know. They should have arranged or organized it in a way it will not be confusing to a 1st time out of state guest. She was rude to me as if I'm about to take something I didn't pay. This was my 1st time at ESA and got this kind of attitude from staff member. Lastly, I asked for a print out of my checking out. This same rude front desk said she will not be printing out any and will just be sent to my email. Regardless, whenever the guests would requests for something like wake up call or printing out check out slip, it should be a accommodated and not left in the discretion of the front desk staff. Importantly, there was a guy who just staying outside the lobby who made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't know what was his business staying out there. And the front desk weren't even aware of what's going on. 3x I came in and out of the lobby to get my things inside my car and he was looking at me oddly. Safety of the guests should be the foremost concern of this facility. I don't know if all ESA in different states are all like this. I really hope not.

I didn’t like how it looked. I’ve been at this property before and it looked well and put together. However this time the bath tub was stain, there was parts of the bathroom that was damaged. The kitchen was okay not presentable. No trash bags and no ice machine. They have a ice tray that you can use. So if your like me, bring your own ice.

It’s a nice area. FREE parking!! A lot of food places around you or nearby.

Credit was dirty, bed was full and not clean, one bath towel, one plastic cub, there were two of us in the room!

Didn't have breakfast, didn't know there was breakfast! Location was good, price was good but you get what you pay for!
