Room service will beat on your door most likely waking you up, if you like to sleep in like I do.

I've stayed here multiple times and each time I liked just about everything. it's a great value for price considering everything else around Summerville.

The hotel manager. Now I have worked in Hotel's for years there is a certain time you have to be out we know this. I was late getting back, but I called about late check out because my son had an medical emergency. We left them in the er to come pack out stuff to leave. As we walked into the hotel. I told they man at the desk what room we were in and that we were leaving and were going to get our stuff right now. He said ok but late check out is almost done. We said ok and began to rush. 10 minutes goes by, and the manager calls the room saying we need to leave our time is up. I politely said ok we are leaving were just packing up. He said ok and hung up. At this time, my husband is downstairs passing by at the front desk with a cart full of stuff, loading it into our car, telling them they were almost done. He said ok. 10 more minutes they manager calls the room again and I said sir we are leaving. He said we'll hurry up you were supposed to be gone already in a rude and snippy voice. I said sir I understand that, and as I stated im in here packing up our stuff with a toddler as well I can't move but so fast I just had surgery but were almost done. I talked with housekeeping and she said were not holding her up she has a room before me so I'm hurrying as fast as I can. The Manger said that not his problem I should have packed the night before so I could be out by now. He don't know what we could be doing I could be laying down or watching TV for all he knows. I hung up and continued to just pack. We got everything on the cart, and stripped the room for the housekeeper left a thank you note and left. We got downstairs and I told hem were out of the room now he said good it's an hour later your holding up my room. I told hem stop speaking to me so rude who is his manager he said that he is the manager. So I said how in good faith can you talk to someone so nasty and you know my situation?" This man yells at me Karma is a Bitch ant it.

First things first. I loved this place! ALL the staff except for the Hotel Manager outstanding! Breakfast was great Housekeeping was amazing. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The rooms were super clean and thoughtful planed out. Loved the location and close to everything but couldn't hear a thing inside the rooms. Lived here for two weeks or so because our apartment was having major repairs done. Paid online price with no issues. The staff was super helpful (Ms Joyce and I forgot the other guys name. Forgive me!) Thank you for being so kind to me and my kids during a hard time!

The breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of choices with a waffle machine, sausage patties, egg and fruit choices. The juices and water were cold and excellent, as was the hot tea. I did not try the coffee, so can't comment on that. .

The location is very convenient. The breakfast was sufficient. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. I request a room by the elevator but none were available. The staff was friendly. I would stay again and recommend to a friend.

The one thing that I dislike was the hair dryer in my room needed to be changed. But once I called downstairs the concierge found one for me and I was able to drive my hair after I washed it. I also dislike that none of the plugs in the room fit my cell phone plug so there was really loose. So if they would change the size of the plugs on the walls it would be great in the bathroom the nightstand in between the bedroom and the desk in the bathroom so other than that everything else was fine

I like the hotel was very clean from the entrance to the elevator. To the hallway in the room and the room itself Room 210 was very clean. The staff was accommodating when I asked him if they could clean the room in the afternoon. Which I like. The breakfast was good but it was the repetitive continental breakfast but can't complain it was still fine. The location was perfect right off the highway of 26 conveniently located. The staff was extremely friendly. The cute add-on was the complimentary chocolate chips cookies and bottled water.

The structure wasn'tisn a good condition, it smelled like Marijuana everywhere and we were with kids which is something not good for them. The bathroom was in bad condition, the door frame was rusty, the cloth curtain was stained and did not have a plastic curtain. The outside edge of the bathtub was rusty. It was like staying in a budget hotel at a luxury price. The hotel shouldn't be more than 70 dollars per night.
