The boiler went out and there was no hot water from the 24th of March thru the time I checked out on the 6th or 7th of April. There was no compensation for the inconvenience.

It was clean and quiet.

I found 4 roaches in my room, on top of my belongings and in the sink. The breakfast was poor with only coffee, cereal bar and dry muffins. This is now what I consider as breakfast, I had to leave in a rush to buy myself a proper breakfast.

The night staff was friendly.

I booked reservation online with booking.com. Upon arrival to the hotel, I was advised that they maybe sold out and not have a room for me. I advised CSR that I had a confirmation and she told me it really doesn't matter but she was able to get me in a room. I decided to stay 2 nights as opposed to the original 1. There was a "knock" with my refidgerator that is in the room..and it sounds exactly like a knock on the door..I was not able to sleep at all the second night due to this annoyance. As I am gathering things to head home, I notice there are GERMAN ROACHES in the sink in the "kitchen" . This is absolutely disgusting and not okay. The phone in my room doesn't work. Advised guy at front desk, he said he'd leave a note...Umm..okay, didn't care about trying to find me an extra or anything. Did not have a visit from house keeping...at all! Asked for extra blanket the first night..they were not able to provide any.

The "free" continental breakfast consists of 1 packet of instant oatmeal, don't worry there is a thermos with "hot" water for hydration, and 1 prepackaged granola bar or 2 of each. I would have maybe accepted that at the peak of the pandemic!! Also half way through the 2nd of a 3 day trip I arrived to my room to find ZERO running water!!! I left the next morning without a shower as it was still down..

This reservation was made by my direct supervisor almost last minute so other ratings or reviews were not considered, unfortunately!! The 2 people I encountered at the front desk were genuinely nice people who did their job.

Everything was ok, my room was infested with roaches even a few roaches in the refrigerator, also in the bed crawling up my arm. Also the internet wasn’t good I had an issue connecting my Xbox.

The staff was very helpful, the 3rd shift lady was a great help, she helped reprogram my room keys. Also the guy on first shift was helpful and communicated well

The bad smells the carelessness of the staff to make sure they have very clean rooms and accommodate guest accordingly.

They are filled with bugs non smoking rooms smell like smoke. What are they doing with their money definitely not re investing into their company. Everything is broken through out the buildings.

On a main access road yet super quiet, so easy to get to but good sleep nonetheless. The room was big, comfy, and cozy. The bed felt great. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and there's free parking.
