The age of the facility shows, maintenance was lacking in the room, bathroom sink faucet leaked and the bath/shower as very slow to drain, standing water while showering. The beds creaked whenever you rolled over, the bases are worn out.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The a/c worked very well, a big plus. The beds were comfortable, bedding was clean. The towels were clean. Cleanliness was not an issue, very satisfied with that aspect.

Height of toilets. I’m 5’10” and had a very hard time getting down and up from toilet. Felt like I was sitting on the floor. My home toilets are at least 4-5” inches taller. Knees shouldn’t be higher than your rear. It may save money on toilets, but I can’t be the only person experiencing this inconvenience! 77 and hated it!

Stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned the pool the entire time. Stuff floating and on the bottom.

The woman who worked evenings was very helpful. She was super nice, unlike the day shift, which were rude and acted like we were bothering them.

The bath tub stopper was misding Ask front desk shr called owner said they were out of stoppers and have ordeted more. She suggesyed to use a small hand towel as a stopper.

the only thing that I didn’t like was when we were checking out the checkout clerk was friendly but he used the F word in conversation which I believe is extremely unprofessional and needless. My 10 year old daughter was with me and I couldn’t believe someone would use that kind of language in front of customers

the nicest person was helping with breakfast both mornings. Nice and very friendly man that should be commended for his kindness and help! i don’t know his name but he had gray hair and glasses.

The bed sank too much in the middle, my back was uncomfortable the next day. The shower curtain was torn from the hanging grommets.

The breakfast was not what I expected. It says that it is continental, then not bad. However I also saw the word American breakfast, then eggs and other hot goodies to be expected. The fried eggs were from pouch or previously frozen, not familiar with that presentation and pretty flavorless. Waffle maker was fine but no toaster or bread.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, from Micaela and all the people working the reception desk. The housekeeping staff was also very thorough. The facility is dated and it starts to show but everything worked and the bed was comfy, the room was large and it included a mini fridge and a working clean microwave oven. Very pleased for the most part. The pool outdoors was fine and it looked clean. I enjoyed using the chair and swim a little also.

the beds are not queen, they are standard. the property management could stand to replace all beds as the one in our room had us sinking in the middle of it.

The location was great plenty of restaurants close by. The place was very clean my room had no bad odor. Really appreciated that the bathroom had a hand rail most places don't unless you specifically ask for handicapped.

The morning breakfast was very awkward, the front desk lady would come in there every time we came and would watch us like a hawk. It was like we were only able to get so much and she would tell my kids what to and not to do.

I really enjoyed the convenience and it was nice and clean. We easily received our door dash and we kept our room in the do not disturb, but the maids were very sweet!

Lighting in the bedroom, getting older, things need to be a bit brighter. Unfortunately, the toilet paper was very thin and rough..

I did not eat breakfast, as I had an early engagement and by the time I returned, the breakfast area had closed. Though I was able to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very personable.
