Rude staff, no breakfast for two of the three days. When we asked about it, the lady don’t care. We were told there was coffee.The room had a terrible odor.

This place is in desperate need of repair. The door hinge looked like it was barely attached, and released a cloud of dust and paint every time we opened the door. The fridge hardly kept anything cool, and we found several pieces of trash from the previous inhabitants scattered throughout the room. Even the bar soap for the bathroom was shattered into pieces when we arrived. And although being pet-friendly is a plus, we found dog excrement in the hallways and stairwells that stayed uncleaned for days. At $200/night you'd think we'd be getting something a little cleaner.

The staff here were pleasant and helpful, but you can tell they're tired from being overworked.

Given a room again after unpacking had to switch rooms (toilet didn't flush/door hard to get out in 1st room. Then didn't update system with new room, had people trying to get in in the middle of the night. Woke me could not sleep after. Never had anyone at front desk early am or late at night did not feel like it was a safe place to stay

It takes the water awhile to get hot.Have to be at the hotel for a week or more to get housekeeping for one day.There isn't no oven just a stove top.There isn't a lot of channels to choose from cause at 10 has something to do with news and politics.You have to wait at the desk for awhile cause no staff stays at the desk.

The room is carpeted walking distance to plaza for shopping and eating out.Beds are comfortable and you're able to cook.

The sheets where dirty there was a sticky substance on the rug. The room smelled like wet dog. We got in late Lilian came to our room with clean bedding and changed the beds for us because there is no room cleaning people on site.

Location was good. People that worked there where wonderful . Especially Lillian who went above and beyond. Give her a raise she deserves it. Bed was comfortable

Room wasn’t cleaned at all. I will not stay nor recommend this place to anyone. The sheets looked as though the turned them upside down thinking no one would notice. The remote control had food particles and dried sauce in it. The table was the same. The front door handle had dried white stuff on it. The bowls and plates I received from the front had stains in them I had to clean out myself wasn’t even hard to clean. The parking lot towards the back has pot holes that will most definitely pop car tires.

-The shower was hot and the tv worked. -Found a 18 pack of bud light beers in the fridge, thank you house keeping😎.

the room smelled like cigarettes and is supposed to be a non smoking property. Also I asked a room away from any kind of noise and was given a room directly across from people with several dogs and they barked all night. I was also told that the breakfast included with the my stay would be muffins and coffee and instant oatmeal, but they didn’t even have bowls or spoons to eat the oatmeal.

I reserved for a one queen size bedroom. When I get to my room there’s two twin beds, I go back downstairs to tell them about it and they tell me that’s the only room they have available. I’m just like okay I go back upstairs to shower, I turn on the water and the water is not getting hot at all, I let the water run for about 15 minutes and it’s still not getting hot. I go back downstairs and the lady at the front desk says oh we’ve been having that issue for a moment, and tells me to leave the water running for like 30 minutes to get hot. ( why couldn’t she tell me this when I first checked in) She offered another room to me that still has 2 twin beds and not one queen size bed that I reserved. I told her I’ll just stick with what I have. Fast forward 2 days later I’m getting in the elevator to go down to checkout and the elevator door would start to close then opens back up repeatedly, I step out and noticed a very tiny sign saying: Out of order sorry for the inconvenience. ( Why would you put a sign so small that no one would realize is there on an elevator that doesn’t work) I would not recommend staying at this place! I’m trying to see if I can get a discounted price for this nonsense.
