Mattress was very uncomfortable. There weren't many choices at the breakfast. A glass of juice would have been a good idea. Also got locked out of the room when the key didn't work. Someone from housekeeping let us in. When we checked in, the bed wasn't made so they changed the room.

Location was perfect. Room location was close to the parking lot since I have mobility issues.

First room I checked in to smelled awful, I got a headache after staying inside for only 10 minutes. I'm guessing that was from the old carpet & smokers nearby. Thankfully Crystal was fast & found me another room w/ a wooden floor which totally eliminated the smell! I was instantly relieved she was so accommodating & understanding!

Location is sooo convenient and peaceful, the windows were secure, and the facilities were clean even though this building is old. Free coffee, tea, & breakfast muffins were available starting at 6am, & their laundry area was clean (accepts card & coins). Overall this place was perfect for my 3-day trip & the kitchenette was ready with a pot, pan, & some plates & utensils. I had everything I needed & was pleased with the cleanliness of my room! My only gripe is the smell of my first room and the hallway on the third floor... not sure if it's because of the old carpet or if there are guests who smoke indoors but it was a very unpleasant smell + the hallway was dimly lit. If this was in a different area I'd probably feel a bit unsafe...

There was a very strong marijuana smell probably coming from another room as it was strongest in the bathroom. The carpet needs cleaning or replacement. The tv was not easy to work so I gave up. There were always people smoking around the entrances.

The location was adequately close to my son and my storage unit. I’m moving and transitioning. It had a nice laundry room which I made use of. In the room is a full-size refrigerator. I asked for a coffee maker but there were no cups in the room. They must give you what you need if you ask for it, ie, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Apparently there was breakfast that I wasn't made aware of regarding the location and there were no ice machines.

I wasn't advised that there was a breakfast available when I checked in. Clerk was minimally helpful.

The room was very nice. We had an end room with 2 windows overlooking creek with surrounding trees. Walkable to Kohls.

The breakfast was just coffee and peanut cupcakes. The can do better by adding variety. I also had to pick utensils/cutlery from the front desk. This should be placed in the room. The fire alarm went off at 4:00 am and we had to leave the building into the 27 degrees parking lot where we stayed for about several minutes before an all clear sign was given by the fire department. This was rather disruptive.

Much of the common areas and particularly any stairwell smelled of weed. Not the worst thing in the world. Just an odd thing to consistently walk into. Also your website says dining and cookware provided in every room yet I had to hunt down some poor front desk worker to gather those things for me. Either provide them in the room or don’t bother.

Not too far from major roads but also just far enough from traffic and noise to feel calmer than the city.

I would suggest that you change from breakfast included to snacks for breakfast. A wrapped muffin with a granola bars is not considered breakfast for me.

Remind folks about where to get ice

The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning was nice on this hot weekend. They don't have ice machines but there are ice trays in the freezers of each room (which I didn't realize until check out). Breakfast is a muffin or oatmeal packets. Coffee was good and hot water is available.

The sheets on the bed had random red stains on them and were very wrinkly. It was pretty gross. You could tell they were washed for sure, but to actually add stained sheets to a bed. Ew.

The front desk employee was very nice. She greeted us with a smile! The room was pretty clean and we got what we paid for.

I was charged for the room after I arrived I was told you could not pay cash. I was denied a refund from the hotel. I was not offer a credit voucher for another night. Don't used them on any website.

They charge mw twice for same date and i tried to get refund but both the hotel denied saying i was late by few hours

There was NO breakfast, no luggage cart to get my bags to/from our room. Desk people said someone had it in their own room. They didn't know who and appeared not to care. ONLY ONE LUGGAGE CART FOR THE WHOLE HOTEL?????
