We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Stateslocation. Had hoped to be able to find & access a public park on Lake Worth more easily( walking distance). There was an active shooter in the neighborhood, nearby, the night I wax there. sirens woke us at 3:00 AM, scary to have violence so close to the hotel.

United StatesIt is a bit out of the way if you are into the metropolitan areas but super close to Carswell military base. Right on the free way with access to just about anywhere. My only real complaint was the facilities needs a coat of paint and the whirlpool room had a bit of a locker room smell, which I think is from the tub being in the room itself and carpeting up against it. The staff did give us heavy duty room spray which helped. Also, you have to tell them if you would like your towels refreshed and beds made. But these are all not too big of problems.
This is a very nice hotel. There are some facilities that need to be upgraded but you can see that they are underway. The Pool areas is indoors as this is nice for when it is way too humid outside and/or storming which happens often. The staff was so kind and accommodating. they met every need. the Breakfast was not bad at all. very good selection of grab and go. They do have Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage to serve-yourself. Oatmeal and cereals and limited selection of breads and pastries but its all very adequate. they also have a do-it-yourself waffle station. We got the whirlpool room and the tub in in the room with a wall partition. Plenty of room for two people to bath together. WiFi was free and worked well. BIG PLUS-THE A/C in the room was AMAZING!!!!

United StatesUnfortunately, the pool was extremely murky and cold. Even the hot tub was cooler. The breakfast was ok but more choices would have been nice. Like hashbrowns, waffle maker, and pancakemaker. I didn't like the location. If your room is facing the highway you could hear every semi passing through the night. And even heard a few low airplanes flying by.
We were greeted by the most friendliest front clerk (Raina). She showed excitement about us being their for our new granddaughter and family. She was even very understanding and helpful when a very "protective " mother didnt want her kids on separate floor as us and very sweetly upgraded their room without extra charging us. Thank you again Raina!! Also, we very much appreciated your housekeeping staff being on top of keeping our rooms cleaned and very well supplied. Thank you!
