There was some trash on the floor between the bed and night stand. I wasn't checked on or even asked if we were ok when my husband and I sat down on the bed and the entire frame broke. I also wasn't offered any discounts for the inconvenience.

When we had trouble with one of the beds, they got us moved to another room right away.

The hard flooring in the room was less comfortable than carpeted, though it was very clean. Also, the $20 per dog charge is a little excessive.

Floors were still very wet from cleaning when I arrived. Had to dry them myself with towel. Windows did not have locks until I found first floor room’s window was easily opened. Then front desk person brought locks.

At first our door wouldn’t lock, however the staff did promptly call maintenance and they quickly came and repaired the door. Also, our room was a handicap one and the bath/shower chair was not steady and when I sat on it the legs bent and dropped me to the shower floor. I reported it and the staff said they would make a note of it. Thank God I didn’t get hurt!

Beds were a bit high off the floor. Hard to get on & off. The eggs on Friday tasted fake but Saturday & Sunday tasted real. Wish City Limits would give a discount for hotel guests. Needed a light in the corner behind the chair.

Yeah a hot tub!! A little foamy but it is rare to find one working. Great location with parking.

The room spelled good. Was clean and quiet. The person at the desk was very friendly and organized. Check in was quick and easy. Our receipt was under our door very early which was good because we had to leave by 7:30. Breakfast had many food options that were fully stocked.

Needed to clean more thoroughly. Bed could have been more comfortable. Pillows were too soft.

The folks at the Front Desk were friendly. The Motel was not as clean, tidy and modern as some reviewers suggested it was. Cleaning needs to be more thorough. Recommendation of the City Grille, which connects to the Motel, was appreciated. The food and salad/soup bar there were great. However, the server (female) was not especially friendly. She was more friendly at the end of the meal when she presented me with the check. All staff there, except for one male server, seemed more interested in chatting with each other and eating their dinner, than being present when their Guest needed them. Twice I had to ask "someone passing by/another server" for what I needed - Tea, when I was halfway through my meal - and the bill when I was ready to leave. As for the Motel, be more thorough and guests reviews will reflect that upgrade in service.

The only thing that we experienced that was a little concerning was that the housekeeping staff tried to enter our room while we were all still sleeping. It wasn't check out time yet, so we were a little startled. We had bolted the door, though, so they didn't make it into the room.
