Only offer maid every 2 weeks and the outside has trash blowing around from it not being cleaned up in a timely manner. The stove burners are too small. Had to wait a whole weekend to get a light fixed. One side door keeps getting propped open decreasing the safety of the building.

Rooms are nice. Building is quiet. Seems like a safe area no issues. Stores and food real close by. The highway is near and easy to travel anywhere. The overall stay was very nice and we decided to stay longer.

The offer of a breakfast is VERY misleading… breakfast was nothing but prepackaged cheap muffins and three bite "trail mix" snack packs. (I would remove the breakfast amenity from all advertising.) Both stove tops full of rust.

Loved the "value for the money" … motel, and in particular, our room was very clean and comfortable. Also the location is excellent…airport, Northampton and Bethlehem all a stones throw from the motel . All staff members were polite and helpful.

what i did not like is when i booked threw bookings and the hotel send us a confirmation it said we had to pay $100 damage deposit in cash. when we check in they told us we need to pay with a credit card and i told her it said cash also at your desk it says it take cash deposit as well we gave her a card and you charge $109.88 deposit ..deposit shouldnt have tax never in my life i went threw this situation at all. need to check your staff

We considered the tub dangerous. There was only one 6" bar near the soap tray, and no other grab bars to assist during the shower, or getting out of the tub

Amy was excellent with check-in, and provided us with a fairly large container with provisions for the kitchen. She was also very helpful when we left the key in the room and could not get inside. We loved the layout of the room.

For the size of the room, a King would have easily fit while still leaving plenty of open space around the bed.

Overall, the hotel as well as the room were clean. We got their late and had to leave early, so we didn't experience the entire hotel. But what we did utilize and see were nice.

cigarette smoke smell in my room, not horrible but noticeable as i have asthma kitchenette / bathroom could really use upgrading. looks mismatched compared to bedroom part of room everything white in the room has a yellow tint (including smoke alarm, which was yellow and brown) so yeah, needs an upgrade to match the black bedroom furniture. thin walls. hallways smell like food residents are cooking, children yelling, etc. i had some trouble sleeping because of the noise of slamming doors, etc only toiletries provided are bar soap and shampoo, no conditioner or lotion like a standard hotel. no gym. i picked this property because of the low price, and i wasn’t disappointed considering it was very cheap. i knew it wouldn’t be amazing. i felt reasonably safe as a solo female traveler. for one night it was fine, for a longer stay go with homewood suites or myplace instead.

easy to find off the highway bed was comfortable room appeared to be freshly cleaned, even tho it looked dirty. (stained walls, appliances) good value very kind staff. the lady who checked me in was so sweet.

When I was getting ready for bed, I found a soda can tab on the floor, between the bed and the small chair. It made me feel like the room wasn't cleaned properly. I'm trusting that this was a minor oversight, but it was very evident in the floor.

Would have been nice to have a sit down place to have breakfast with tables & maybe a TV instead of everything offered on a large desk/counter to be taken back to your room. Walls seemed a little thin and you could sometimes hear the TV's in adjacent rooms. Would have liked a fitness room for a morning or evening walk on a treadmill or maybe a light workout with weights.

The room looked like it had just been renovated. Newly installed laminate flooring was nice - much better than carpet which is usually saturated with germs & dirt. The Kitchen was a little outdated but it was clean & that's better than being new and unclean. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and very clean (new shower enclosure & sink). The free breakfast buffet offered coffee, hot water + tea and oatmeal + muffins + and granola bars (available from 6:00 to 9:30). Full size refrigerator in the room with a stove. No pots, pans or silverware in the room BUT - the attendant at the front desk told me at check-in that all of that was available upon request (I did not use or need any kitchen utensils). Small but decent variety of cable TV channels & free wifi (decent speed was free, enhanced speed/service came at a small price which I did not use). Room was close to grocery stores, gas stations and a variety of restaurants. 5 minutes from ABE Airport (that's why I chose this place to stay).
