The bathroom had a wierd bottle of green liquid in a water bottle, and some female wash the cabinet. I heard people outside my room and slamming of the doors all night. The TV wouldn't work.

The room service was poor. I was there for a week and I only had room service 3 times and they never made the beds 🛏️ all they did was the garbage 🗑️ and clean towels 😔. They said they had a complimentary breakfast but all they had is coffee ☕.

I liked the location. It was very convenient for all the things I did & the restaurants I went to.

Upon arrival there was people who Seem to be living there, upon asking at reception she said yes, One was in his pjs. I did not feel comfortable during my stay at all. I checked the bed and there was a stain on the sheet, the floor looked clean but was a bit sticky, I could not take my shoes off. The shower was too hot and no matter what I did could not get the temp down. During the night I could smell cigarette smoke it woke me up the smell, the residents were noisy and the road noise was bad (I no that can’t be helped the road noise). A lad came into reception whilst I was checking in to change his towels and bedding the state of them was disgusting they was black, all I could think of was how on earth are they going to get them clean, I could see a washer and dryer in the back so they must do there own laundry. I would not stay again.

Poor cleaning, ladies very nice, but please never pretend customer change sheets. Thanks God my wife always carry cleaners and desinfectants. I had to use the another bed and to buy at Wal-Mart pillowcases, toilet paper, towel paper. Sorry but, 1st and last visit. Pretty foul. If you want nice reviews and people come back please work hard to keep clean and neat rooms and hotel.

This is the worst hotel/motel that i have ever seen. Besides stinky smell of mold and cigarettes, the room was dirty and filthy with stains everywhere in the room, like someone peed on the walls, furniture, window, bed with blood stains on the arm chair. There where cigarette burns on beddings and probably bed bugs. It was so disgusting that my son wanted to sleep in the car if we stayed. Due to hazard condition that could be dangerous for our health, we made a decision to cancel our trip and drive back home throughout a night. We didn't use the services that we paid for and requested a refund at the hotel. Our request was denied. I was under impression that the hotel rents their rooms to homeless people during non busy season. Booking.com should be aware what they sell to their customers. This place should be inspected and completely renovated before inviting guests. I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card because we didn't use the services and i doubt that the outcome will be in my favor. Stay away from this place!!!!

I didn't like anything. This place is disgusting, filthy, and require inspection from health department. Walls, floors, furniture, bed, toilet, was covered with blood and urine stains.

I believe people live here. Smelled of weed upon entering hallway, people hanging outside, was asked twice for a cigarette. No brown bag breakfast nothing other than coffee. I wont go back, many other hotels in same area in the same price range but much nicer. The front desk girls were very nice it was the building itself that will keep me away.

The rooms are very dated. To the naked eye, the room appeared relatively clean for a cheaper hotel. The day that we were supposed to check out, a member of our group woke up covered in bed bug bites. We went to check out and inform the worker at the desk of this issue, and she was very rude about the situation. She asked us why we stayed the entire stay and we informed her that we didn’t have any bites or signs of bed bugs until that morning. She stated that she was going to inform her general manager about the issue, but it was unlikely we would receive a call because he doesn’t visit the hotel often. Additionally, the worker lied and stated that they had never had an issue with bugs before. We checked the reviews later and saw several statements regarding bed bugs. Bed bugs are disgusting creatures that can cause disease. We now have an unwarranted visit to the doctor ahead of us, in addition to a lengthy process of isolating and cleaning our belongings. A nice stay was ruined by this event.
