The property didn't feel safe to me. Lots of people moving around outside and sitting in cars. Lots of garbage in the parking lot. Most places I will go outside alone, but not here.

The hotel could use some sprucing up. It looks run down and like they don’t trust their guests. Took out all vending machines and put a very poor selection of snacks you can buy down stairs. Took all the art work off the walls and the room we were in had a hole covered in the shower with a door knob stopper.

The breakfast was subpar. Yes I know it’s free but the there wasn’t a fruit selection there was no label on what the milk was and the waffle mix was water.

Made two dates to clean of the seven days we stayed and they didn't show up one of the days! Did not replenish simple items such as cups, plastic bag for ice and a couple of towels. Hair dryer was broken. One morning woke up to a leak from next floor up bathroom into our bathroom. Carpet so dirty, the bottom of our white stocks were black in one evening. Had to make sure we always wore our slippers. Elevator broke down two days or the seven we stayed. Sink had cracks with attempts to repair. Unsanitary! Shower fixtures broken Shower curtain kept sliding away from ends, due from attempts to repair of pulled away sheetrock damage. Have only been able to show one photo of bathroom sink. Have more bathroom photos, if you are really interested in not wanting to turn away from using booking.com customers, like us!

My biggest peeve is when they start "pushing you out" earlier than check out time. The maid literally opened our door and hour before normal check out hours. And we didn't check in until midnight!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Also, the microwave is a huge plus.

It was dirty in the halls & property. The garbage's were overflowing with trash & the flies were bad. Trash all over the property. Not well maintained.

Facilities weren’t clean; bed and chairs weren’t that comfortable. Breakfast was subpar. Shower handle was broken and for 3 mornings I had to take a cold shower. I inquired about a slight refund because of this and never heard back. The way the facilities were maintained, the price should’ve been closer to a cheaper motel.

The staff were nice and accommodating. Frontline staff that is. Had an inquiry for the manager and never heard from them.

I didn't like that they charge my credit card $50 right away for incidentals that I never did before they even checked my room right when I checked in that wasn't stated on the booking.com site that should be stated if that's what they're going to do. And it's insulting to be accused of smoking or bringing a pet when you're supposed to announce that upon your stay and then get accused of it and charge $50 when you get there before you've even checked in. Not fair to those who are being honest. And I'm still waiting for my refund 24 hours later.

Lots of clean nice pillows. Nice clean bathroom. Bedding was clean room seem to be nice and clean. Pleasant front staff small and quaint decent breakfast. Parking was really tight I had to park on the opposite side of the entrance and I was a solo woman alone disabled and it was kind of scary for me at night to be walking disabled with a limp in the snow. All the cars had parked so close to the other car since the parking spaces were so small I couldn't fit my Cadillac into any parking spaces so I had to pack up on the other side of the building because I guess they were full or something I don't know why the parking lot was so tight with cars. I thought the night staff was very pleasant same with the morning staff. Though there was not much selection for breakfast what they had at least filled your stomach and was there for the full time stated..

The bathroom had a ceiling leak which drip on the toilet paper. Also, the laundry room was next to our room and the washing machine/dryer were running most of the night and we could hear the noise in our room.

Cleanliness

The room was very gross. Paid for a dog in the app and had to pay again at the site? Wouldn’t get a refund if we went to a different hotel. Room was very beaten up and unclean. The paper work Said we would be charged extra if there was presence of a dog without paying before hand such as dog hair etc. our room was COVERED in dog hair.and we have a non shedding puppy. Very disappointed as well as the crowd that hung around outside. Creepy.

It was dirty, peeling paint. Food scrapes on the floor. Toothpaste on the bedding. Used opened toiletries. Elevator was very scary, peeling paint added to the scary look.
